Actually it's always puzzled me that Kakashi actually didn't grow up hating his village.
His father committed sepukku because of them, anyway.
Maybe somebody was there for him. The Yondaime was his sensei and probably did most of the damage repair. But even then, Kakashi was already a stickler for rules.
Eh, he's already a pretty complicated guy.

come to think of it after everything thats happened to him its kinda surprising his not secretly plotting to destroy konoha because honestly look at the way he thinks (what kinda person forcibly inserts things into another persons a**s) and maybe he was actually preparing sasuke to go join orochimaru or maybe he really doesnt care bout konoha and he just acts like he does or maybe he just never cared from the the begining but weather he is good or evil one thing is for sure no one could stop him easily
