"You can, can you?" Akiko smiled, rocking Liadan alittle to calm the poor little babe. "Would you show me how you grab things with your aura's?"
Akiko gave the two a smile as she let Liadan grab ahold of one of her fingers in her bloody little fist to please the babe.

"Ummmmm..." Irizu said, lifting a finger to her chin in thought, "Wha' shoul' we lift?"
There were rocks and people and the baby, but none of those seemed like a very good idea to her.

Uziri chewed on her fingers habitually, thinking hard and casting an eye around. Hmm...
"I 'unno," she said, leaning back as though she was about to fall flat on her back and supporting herself unthinking with aura-tendrils. "Not a whole lot 'round..."

"Hmnnn." Akiko thought for a moment, before rummaging around in her kimono pockets and pulling out a small but moderatly heavy looking japanese fan. "You think you could pick that up? It's a little heavy, but it's better than little rocks."
Liadan made a coo noise as she was rocked again and reached up and around for the noises of the girls she was hearing. She gave a shrill, happy shriek and a small smile the more she felt around in the air.

"Hm...okay!" Irizu nodded. After all, a fan couldn't be much heavier than Jirry. An aura-tendril reached out and grasped one end of the fan, and the toddler peered toward her twin sister happily.
"Grab it, Zee!"

Head thrown back in peacock-like pride, Uziri casually stretched out a tendril and took the fan.
"Easy as broccoli," she said, nodding her head sagely.

"That's very impressive." Akiko smiled, clapping a hand gently against the one that held Liadan up, making sure she did not hit the now happy child in the process. "I'm sure you both get a lot of friends with such an interesting technique."
Liadan squealed again when she felt Akiko's arm brush past her, and she grabbed hold of it, her now drying hands making little crusty red imprints on the sleeves of her kimono.

Irizu mumbled something, letting go of the fan and kicking at a pebble, eyes cast toward the ground. She actually had very few friends outside her family.
None, in fact.

Uziri bobbed her head a little. Sure, she had friends. She just hadn't seen any of them after the initial encounter.
"She stainin' your clothes," she said, looking envious. "Do me."
She held her arm out expectantly to the child, wiggling her fingers a bit. What a grand joke it would be, going home covered in blood. Isaiah would probably have an aneurysm.
