His mind had taken it's own turns and hadn't really hit back to reality until Lee started moving away farther into the trees. Blinking back to the moment he caught the dead end of her comment,
'Crystal lands? Us? Us, ok.'
It took no time at all for his mind to be made up as the dark stallion trotted after the mare. She had the good idea to keep moving, and fresh water wasn't at all the worst thing possible. Even dispite their informal introductions the two of them seemed to get along somewhat better than he'd ever expected from another bae. Afterall, Shadow didn't get along with anyone, ever. No it certainly was an oddity to see himself getting friendly with another nequus, there'd never been any relationships such as they were producing here for him. Perhaps at one point Lee had had such friendships and good conversations but from the sounds in her voice and the way she acted, she hadn't had such displays of relations to others for quite some time.
"Sure. Fresh water sounds perfect."
The stallion's black mane sparkled with the short strips of sunlight that peered through the trees above them, a small gust of wind now and again lifting it off his shoulders to stray from it's place. His eyes looked forwards as his mind continued to repeat a part of what she'd just said,
'I don't mind you..I don't mind you.'
