Onyx bent down and watched Iles carefully, and whispered "Ok, he;s gone. But you must not show that you are afraid of them. Vampires only attack when provoked, or in self defense. They can be civil, if you can be. Do you hear me?"

the manwhole cover began to turn ever so slightly making a grinding noise as it was pushed up. Lyx poked his hand out of the whole in the ground and lifted himself up onto the cobblestone road and as his head emerged, he took a great gasping breath.

"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah......the sweet smell of a decaying city", he said as he pulled himself out. Lyx brushed himself off..well all he could brush off as his clothes was drenched in the smell of Raw sewege and dire Rat. He looked around, it seems he had calculated correctly.

the skyline was dominated by Towering, spiraled buildings off setting turrets and huge cathedralesque windows. THe brick work was so expertly crafted as it was an artform itself, they where so tightly packed to gether that not even a fly could fit in to shelter itself between them. the whole thing brought a chill down Lyx's back as he looked up to the top of the nasuiating heights. Barely visible to the Human eye was the steepled Roofing of the residential district. the slate Steepal coiled up and sort of tilted in an offset direction so it never appeared stright up. simply gazing at these emmense structures could easily send Mortal Eyes Mad. the area was Decorated in a light tinted red that varied in tonality depending on where the light placement was. Overcast Dark clouds created the shadows of the towering Citidels and gave them a more surreal ominus look as though they was ready and waiting to devour the unsuspecting passer by.
At the end of the street, there was a small cross rouds, surrounded by more of the same buildings. every so often an Automobile would pass, Long and slender black that had an old ancient 1950s look about them. it was hard to go into any great detail as they passed out of sight as soon as they came into the field of view.

Lyx pushed the manhole cover back over the whole with his foot and made sure it fitted in place. He then looked to his bagof soggy papers and sighed. he bagan to walk down the Rugged Cobblestone path, seemingly following the buildings as they grew in size. Lyx shook his head as he knew it was a Trick of the mind. a faint chugging sound caught Lyx's attention coming from behind him though he shrugged it off and carryed on sluggishly making his way up the street. it was obviously in incline, as though built on a hill. the chugging began to get louder. Lyx turned arround to be greeted by a large automobile grill. he sheilded his eyes from the bright circular headlights. the grill itself looked like stainless steel, they pattarned like a two dimensinal Prison cell. the long chrome bumper was also well maintained, shining without a sing smudge mark. Lyx tried to get a good look at the driver, before being greeted by the Car horn.

*HOOOONK HOOOOOOOOONK!!!*

Lyx jumped right out of his skin

"AIIIE!!!!". he yelped. without hesitation he ran to the pavement trying to move out of its away. but he lost his footing on a piece of Cobblestone sticking out of the road. Lyx fell face first just out of the way of the Automobile. He heaved himself up instantly just to watch the Automobile Chug passed him, engulfing him in the Fumes as it drove off. Lyx Coughed and spluttered as the air cleared. when he had gained back his Breath he looked to see how much groundhe had made. the hieght he was t now, he could see alot Further down the road. endless rows of Housing and the odd dominating steepled tower. further down he could make out the Grand Esquique of the Town centre. Gothic fortresses both a beauty and a sin to look upon. Hundreds of Turrets, Enormous Stained glass windows and even a clock tower. of cause this was just the Upper class area, below could lie Millions more buildings of ths slums. All this scenary admireing was Making Lyx dizzy so he decided to carry on walking up the road, where the Top of the summit seemed visible.

lark skreamed and kicked her leggs. "help! rape! help!! " she skreamed and clawed at the mans hands. then she pulled out her forarm steathed wooden stake and flung it around. "help! ahhh!"

lark still being held in the air was now scraping at the vamp.s wrist with her stake. "help!" she skreamed louder. she hated that the cops were chit chating and not kicking this mans head in.

"the vampire drops lark, and focus on the police officer, well? i may as well get this over with"

the officer glares at the vampire "come quietly, we don't more trouble now do we?"
the vampire laughs at the officer. The officer gets angry, grinding his teeth his fangs show underneath his top lips, he dose not want to get into a blood rage like the criminal he sees before him.

while he thinks he then see the criminal vampire lunges at him as the criminal has the vampire officer pinned down to the floor.

lark skampers out of the way and watchs the vamp. "stop you fighting!" she yelled and grabed at the vamp.s sleave.

she pulls the vampire off the cop. "please stop fighting!" she yelled at him. her emerald green eyes now in tears.

The vampire criminal topples to one side knocked out cold, the vampire police officer looks up seeing only a boy with an blood stained guitar "******** hell, that must be some guitar you have there?" the police officer say, now standing up to his feet, "i best have you all come over to the station to help me get the details filled in"
