Ras_Tai I started out with the legions elf deck, wow I need to make an elf deck again in tribute of that deck ninja elf decks are disgustingly powerful. I splash every color but Blue in mine. since i'm still trying to find an overpowered blue enchantment to put in it. I mean i could put in Day of the Dragon and turn my 41 elves int 41 5/5 flying red dragons, but i can't get rid of the enchantment then. oh yeah, that reminds me.

B/G deck that had all 5 colors in it. Just for the sake of not having to pay so much for Draco, and to pay the kicker of Necravolver. I'd use Death Mutation on Draco, and Stampede Driver to pump up all the Saproling and give 'em trample. Now that I look back on it, the deck really sucked. Hmm... Also, I don't think I've EVER bought a premade deck...

bobbyjar2 is gaea's herald a good elf card? because it practically stops control decks.... wink not really, it only stops your creatures from being countered right? it's a 1/1 for 1G, and he can be countered, since his effect doesn't activate until he comes into play. it doesn't stop control, because if they can't counter, they can bounce, steal, nullify, or any number of ways of dealing with your cards.

Probably either Tempest's the swarm and sliver decks. I took a lot of the swarm's green, and made a super sliver deck with it! xd

Hmm...I started getting into Magic just before Kamigawa came out; so, like most who wasn't playing Tooth and Nail, Mindslaver or White Weenie, I played affinity. =( Unlike most who were playing for any length of tine, I lacked much, if any, worthwhile cards. So instead of hanging myself in shame, I went Artifact-black aggro, focusing on Nim, Cranial Plating, Modular creatures, affinity (duh) and Thermal Navigator for teh win. It actually worked very well until artifact lands stopped being legal in t2 at the time. =( I'm just thankful that having a 11/11 trampling beater, or having an opponent control my movement every turn, or having a 4/2 First-striker start punching my face in on turn 2 is long behind me...At least, as far as t2 is concerned. =D
