I think it's mostly because of how many members it says we have. Which is why I've been inviting people to the guild like a madwoman. x3
But posts probably help loads when the amount of members is equal to other people.

The Library has been affected, too.
At one point, I had invited about half of the guild.
It's probably still that way.
