I'll go with Kal-El. Kal doesn't pine over Lana which is a plus biggrin and the episodes are much better blaugh blaugh blaugh

I'd have to say, I like Kal the most. Because he isn't the good old farm boy; He's what the avarage Joe/ Jane would be if they had Clarks abilities...
p.s. Not to sound like a stickler, but it's just Kal. When Clark is on Red-k

Chalk another one up for Kal-El.
Clark is a must have in the show because he has the bottled up emotions that most everyone in the world feels at some time (he's basically the guy people relate to). Kal-El is better though because he embodies what people typically want to be like... free to express themselves without the worry of consequences.. and typically he looks more stylin' lol

When Clark is on Red-k Well yeah, I was kind of confused because I consider Kal-El to be a separate entity to Kal and Clark, i.e. the mindless automaton Jor-El sent back in Commencement and the person Clark was trying to become in Combat. He also wears pretty tight trousers, so my earlier statement stands.

it doesn't really matter, Kal-el or Clark, they both kick butt. Any ways there the same Damn person, but the name Kal-el speaks out to me, i can relate more, it sounds more normal than Clark.

Kal-El is sexy and all, but how can you compare a one-note bad-boy to the emotional depth of Clark's character? It's damn easy to be a self-centered dude with a 'tude when you've got a little bit of power to play around with. The real challenge is not abusing that power, using it to help others instead of for one's own gain. Also, Clark pined over Lana in both his normal and Red K-induced states, so you can't really use that as criteria for Kal being cooler. Kal's a snappier dresser, sure, but is that a good enough reason to call him a better character than the tortured hero who can never take any credit for the wonderful things that he does? I'm inclined to say no.

I think Clark acts like a jerk anyway. I suspect the reason I actually like Kal more is because he finally has an excuse for his crappy behaviour. He has a tendency to blow Lana off if he doesn't get what he wants from her, as opposed to sitting in the barn and/or whining, and he does it all in very flattering clothing.

I voted Kal but really niether. Red K clark tries to get Lana on his motorcycle ( where did that come from)and he doesn't have enough sense to avoid getting intoa bad situation with a gangster weho would follow him home when he returned to the farm(just because he was being a bad boy didn't mean his brain was gone. Red K just makes him follow his true emotions without control)
Clark Kent : there is no way on earth that he would have that kind of personality.They prob did this puepesly when casting but he look ( and I don't feel this way) hot. He should at the very least have one non- super power girlfriend besides Lana. You'd think the girls at his school would teach him like gold.Plus, he can't make up his mind about leaving lana even though she's maried. ( get over it you idiot)
I could go on for both but I'm not going to. Please remember I'm a huge smallville fan I'm just pointing out the plot holes/annoying things I put up with as a fan.
