xd Hello my amigos!! xd We are only days away from seeing the next episode of the new series of Doctor Who!! Just to get a thought of what's to come, the monsters etc. I looked on Wikedpedia for more info, my base outline from little clips, is that there is witches. here's the basic info i found: Quote: The title may be a popular culture reference to The Da Vinci Code. Quote: The story is set in 1599 London, and will involve William Shakespeare "giving the performance of his life in order to save the Earth from destruction.According to David Tennant, the episode also involves creatures known as "Carrionites". Quote: The Doctor and Martha travel to Elizabethan England, where the famous playwright William Shakespeare is being controlled by three witches called Carrionites. The Doctor and Martha must stop the evil witches, and Shakespeare must give the performance of his life in order to save history. The story references the "lost" Shakespeare play "Love's Labour's Won". Well that may be a bit too much, yet these 'Carrionites' may be a good match against the Doctor and Martha. Who knows?? You decide?? ErinaStar wink

The Whole Da Vinci and Shakespearean England thing is pretty much a given sweatdrop And there are witches, which I guess when in human form are the wrinkled things, and when in normal form are those purple things. They control Shakespeare and stuff apparently.

I've seen a clip of the witches, where one of them is younger than the other 2 (sooo Machbeth), and when she temps this man into her house, she turns all old and wrinky!! xd sweatdrop

She pokes one of them with a long nail doesnt she?
I think that the wrinkly old women are the perfect cover for the alien, the purple thing is more alien.
BUT! They wouldnt have a part in Shakespeare's plays neutral It was male only, wasnt it?

And the Daleks becoming something ... different ninja
Like ... I think this series is all about disguises ... Mr. Saxon not being what he appears, the daleks changing, The Plasmavore and the witches, then we have The Lazarus Experiment, so, yeah, changing/hiding is the theme of this series, most definately biggrin

Well i say one of the main themes of this series is the re-newing of life, the changes made because of the dark past, especially for the Doctor. xd 3nodding

His current title is the Last of the Time Lords xd HE thinks he is, since the MAster "Died" and the Rani is "Stuck in some sort of Vortex" and Gallifrey is "Long since gone"
BUT, who said there aren't more XD
And who says that the Master isnt really the Doctor's Long lost brother ...
Anyone notice how the master always looks similar when he regenerates, yet the doctor is usually very different?

I thought i would just write some bits on this weeks episode/monsters:
Episode 3: Gridlock The Journey back to New New Earth, we get to see those cat nuns again, getting their revenge. A group called "The Pharmacists" kidnap Martha for something more suspicious than it seems. The Doctor worries about Martha and basically goes "hitch-hiking". Something lurks in the deep motorway. Wel finally get to know the Face Of Boe's secret. (I bet sombody knows it already sweatdrop )
I know that isn't alot to do with monsters and villians, but that's just what i know.
