I was stating that no one really cares about what time it is for me.
Although, three hours would mean that Tori lives in easter time, or central for the three hours.
It really all depends.

I dont know if Bella would have been able to listen to Nori try to talk to her reasonably. I think her train of thought the whole time they would have spoken would have been something like this: The freak is talking to me, does he think I want to listen him? He better not bloody touch me. No offense to Nori. Bella's just a psycho.
