Fiore stepped outside to be unpleasantly surprised by the cold morning air. She hadn't been outside for a while, so she guessed it would take a minute for her to accept it once again. Her good eye scanned around, looking for the brown hunk of metal that she called her bike, but she couldn't find it. She growled at her stupidity for leaving it outside, realizing her father had probably found it. She went into the garage and found the pink bicycle that she used when she was six.

She prayed that no one would see her as she rode down the streets, her butt not on the little purple bicycle seat, and even though she was small, the bike was smaller. It was like a circus act, and it was a wonder how Fiore could ride the bike in the first place.

As she rode, she let her mind wander...maybe she could be with the butterfly mafia...just for a little while. While her dad was away at least, so she wouldn't have to worry about him getting caught. But Fiore wasn't the kind of person who made friends easily.

Draven breathed and stepped in the room, it was only after Kyrin said that they had a mission that Draven regretted entering the room. He never really believed that when he joined the mafia that they would ever actually go on a mission. Now that it was happening Draven was slowly wondering if he could sneak away before anyone noticed him; but decided otherwise and then assumed his bold demeanor, “disguise Kyrin? What are we six? Do you expect us to go to a tea party while we’re at it?”

His strong voice echoed throughout the room, he was now standing in the middle of the room, with Kyrin at his front and the door at his back. Although his eyes were deeply sunken in due to lack of sleep, he still seemed to hold tightly to the natural leadership he could command.

Izzy's eyes lit up at Kyrin's words, "Mission?! Yay! I've never been on a mission before!" And for the most part that was true. Izzy never went on missions, Bella did. Far as Izzy could remember, she was always told of missions that they would go on, but for one reason or another, they supposedly never went. And according to Bella, this time would be no exception to Izzy.

"You've got to be kidding me." Bella flashed a glare from dark purple eyes to Kyrin. She sat up, no longer leaning on Kyrin's leg. When Draven walked into the room, Bella turned her attention to him and seemed to glare even more viciously, if that was possible.

Jaydn raised an eyebrow to his cousin. A mission for the Butterfly Mafia? Why the Butterfly Mafia? He was suspicious and, though he wouldnt admit it, a tad bit jealous. Why would Han give this mission to Kyrin's play mafia and not The Coyotes? He's got something up his sleeve. But he was distracted slightly from this thought when Draven walked in. After listening to him spout his nonsense about the disguises, Jaydn visibly rolled his eyes to him. Please tell me this guy isnt so dumb that he just charges headfirst into everything. "Right, because if we walked into enemy territory as we are, they won't shoot us on the spot." His comment oozed of sarcasm as he sneered at Draven. Everytime the man appeared he proved to Jaydn that it was possible to be as dumb as dirt.

Kyrin nodded to Nori, “Yes you. I don’t see anyone else in the house that can sew.” Kyrin had figured Nori’s response to be something short of jumping for joy. She found that she had misread him and he seem astonished instead, “If you don’t think you can do it, I will enlist other help.” She said, almost bluntly, not in a harsh tone, but right to the point.

Kyrin listened to Izzy’s excitement and she stopped stroking the girl’s head. Izzy had heard the word ‘mission’ and Kyrin didn’t want to be running her hand through the girl’s hair when Bella appeared. When Bella came out, Kyrin rolled her eyes and sat back in her throne again. “Do I sound like I’m kidding?” Bella always seemed to hate missions, until they actually were on them and killing people.

A sigh escaped Kyrin’s lips as Draven made his way into the middle of the room. She heard his words and the ones that Jaydn had spoken back. Kyrin restrained a laugh at Jaydn’s response, but she couldn’t help but be slightly surprised that Draven would even say what he did. “Would you feel better if I said that you had to go to a tea party?” Kyrin asked in a tone that betrayed her earlier feelings, she was slightly irritated at Draven’s attitude. Moving strands of blonde out of her face, she stood from her place on the dias and walked down to meet Draven in the middle of the room. “What’s your problem?” She asked him, in a low voice, when she reached him.

When Kyrin replied, Nori tried his best to hold in his giddiness. Finally! Something to put his skills to use! Now he could finally help his friends and repay them for all the kindness. His mind was flashing with different possibilities and outfits and he thought he was going to burst.
He tried to hold his composure to the best of his abilities in front of the others,
but by the time she walked over to Draven, he couldn't hold it in anymore. He practically pounced a hug onto Kyrin from behind her, the ruffles of the dress following quickly behind.
" Thank you Kyrin! I'll do my best! I promise!"

My problem Kyrin?” he spoke low with her, not wanting anyone to hear, “you’re the leader of the butterfly mafia. That’s about all I can expect from something with a name like that”, he words were blunt, but not meant to insult Kyrin, it was his way of worrying for her, his way of telling her that obviously this wasn’t going to be safe. He took a step closer to Kyrin and put his arms on her shoulders, “but if you need me, I’ll be there for you, and you wont ever find me at a tea party

He took a step back and assumed a point of leadership that he knew was obviously going to piss Kyrin off, “Alright, guy-girl. Get to work on making those disguises, Everyone please tell him your size” he said moving out of Kyrin’s reach before she could attempt to hit him, “I’m going to get packed, Kyrin, dear. You can update me later right?” he flashed her a wistful smile.

When Nori came up behind her with his hug, Kyrin flinched slightly, she hadn’t been expecting it. The only person that she knew that would do something like that was Isabella, and being that the girl was her Bella persona at the moment, Kyrin hadn’t been braced. A small laughed escaped her lips, I was right. She thought. Kyrin then heard what Draven had to say, and it confused her slighty, There he goes with his swings again… Kyrin didn’t know if she should be concerned by his mood swings or happy that he was willing to be there for her.

When he made the comment about the name of her mafia, she felt a pang of sadness flood through her. She wasn’t sad that he didn’t like the name, it was just that often times the origin of the name would throw her off. Kyrin had gotten the name from her mother, whom had died in child birth. The butterfly pendent that was usually loosely around Kyrin’s neck, had been the only gift Ky had ever received from the mother she never got a chance to meet. The necklace and her name, ‘Kyrin’. When she found that her mother had been the person that had given her the necklace, she fell in love with the idea of butterflies, and since both her mother and father held position in mafias, Kyrin had decided on ‘The Butterfly Mafia’, without even the thought that it may sound weak.

Kyrin lowered her gaze to the floor for a minute as she thought, I should visit her grave. Kyrin hadn’t been to her mother’s grave for over a year now, sometimes she couldn’t come to terms with the fact that she killed her mother. Pushing the thoughts all to the back of her mind, Kyrin turned her attention to what Draven had said next. As he backed away, Kyrin smiled to herself, At least he’s somewhat afraid of me. It didn’t even cross her mind to hit him, but she was irked that he was trying to take charge of the situation. Kyrin nodded to him, to tell him that he would be kept updated and then turned to Nori, so that she could ignore the leadership role that Draven was trying to play. “Don’t pay him any mind. You and I will sit down and go over specifics later.” She said in a calm tone.

She stood there for just a moment, noting every detail and letting it sink into her all-remembering mind. She smiled as she went to go hide her bike behind her usual tree...but then thought to herself....Maybe I could actually help out...rather than just watch from the sides...I might get stronger...Like Felix said...

Fiore rubbed her blind eye out of habit, and her craving for strength began to build up. She nodded to herself for a moment, sucked in her stomach and moved her skinny legs to their front door. She took a moment to note every detail of their doorknocker and then pounded hard on it...

Draven who had been walking down the hall at that time heard the door knock and shrugged. Moving towards the door with practiced grace, he opened it, waiting for a knife or something to be lashed out at him. Nothing happened, so Draven opened the door fully, to see someone quite a bit shorter than him, “What can I do for you? Happen to be lost?” Draven said in a kind tone, feigning that he actually cared.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.A guy? Fiore was a bit surprised for this tall man to be standing over her, especially since she was rather small herself, but she was more surprised that a man had answered the door. Hadn't she once heard that Kyrin didn't like guys in her mafia? Or maybe this was Leif, the man who the mafia had often spoken about, but she had never seen herself.

"Who..--"
She wanted to know who she was but she stopped herself. C'mon, I can do this. She gritted her teeth a bit. She wasn't very accustomed to socializing, so it was difficult, but she knew she'd have to be respectful if she had any hope of participating.

She rubbed her blind eye out of habit once again and looked back to up the man again. "Is Kyrin available?"

To tell you the truth, I have no clue, But I’m sure if I screamed bloody murder, she’d be here”, Draven said with a smile, trying to make the conversation more inviting. Obviously this girl would face much harder times, especially with Kyrin. He stepped aside to let the girl in, “before we go and call upon Kyrin, would you mind telling me what this is about?” he said once again feigning interest and kindness. Draven wasn’t a mean man, he just didn’t like giving people chances, but maybe this girl would prove some worth.

Fiore stepped inside, her boots making a loud sound as they stepped onto their floor. It was a weird feeling to finally be inside of this place. She turned her attention back to this guy. One of Fiore's problems was that she didn't exactly accept people, it was just how she was raised. She wasn't exactly a social person, so she found it hard to respond, but forced a half smile.
"I'd like to help out around here."

Draven's comment didn't bother Nori, but the tone didn't seem appropriate. It bothered him to be talked down to. Nori knew he never really did anything to make Draven angry, so the tone was obviously just to test Kyrin.
He had let go of Ky, but his hand was still lightly touching her. At her response, he nodded a bit. Keeping the smile on his face, he took a step back and placed his hands in front of his lap in a proper way.

User ImageTristan Avalon pulled up to mansion's front archway and paused for a moment, his pure blue eyes staring forward, the customary smile gone from his lips. I've already been rejected by her father. What if she's the same? He tried not to think about that. This was his final option, his last resort. If she didn't accept him...

With a shake of his blonde head, Tristan waved the daunting thoughts from his head and coaxed the old, burnt orange truck forward, the gravel crackling beneath the wheels. He braked when he reached the driveway directly in front of the massive house, turned the truck off, took a deep breath, and stepped out.

In the early morning light, Tristan's hair seemed more orange and less blonde. He wore his customary tight, cream tank top, tight jeans, tattered leather coat, and scruffy all-stars. His accessories were all accounted for: huge, square goggles, crystal necklace, fingerless gloves, and what he liked to call his, "utility belt." He hooked his thumbs onto this as he approached the door, still unsmiling, and knocked.

Please... he thought.

Kyrin excused herself as she heard the knocking at the door, on her way through the ballroom, she heard another knock and was curious at the person’s seeming impatience. As she made her way into the foyer her feet made no noise on the carpets. She saw Fiore standing there talking with Draven, he seemed to be telling her things that she didn’t want to hear. What they were saying didn‘t really interest Kyrin though.. Kyrin’s expression was that of confusion as she said, “Why are you here?” As she was saying this she went placed her hand on the door handle. Turning it slowly, she opened it. She leaned on the door frame and looked at Tristan. Not looking like herself, it would be hard to tell her as the daughter of Han Matsui. Kyrin gave the new comer a blank expression and said, “Can I help you?”
