Reading through the article, she passes a few mortals, and nods in greeting to them. As she closes the newspaper, she spots something else. Tearing that part off, and pocketing it, she carries on walking.

Rolling her eyes and veering off into an ally on the right, she drops the paper and begins to run farther into the small rat-run of backstreets.

Allowing the tingle in her blood to take over, she drops forward, and changes into her Wolf-like form. Turning back to the Vampire, she makes no move to charge or bolt.
