"Mmhmm." Alora murmured softly, nodding. "A plant dragon?" She echoed, slight confusion crossing her face. She hadn't come across that kind of dragon in her research! Or maybe she had focused on brass dragons entirely, and forgot to research others. Still. She remembered researching other types to see which would get along with brass and which wouldn't, and she clearly remembered that there were no plant dragons.
Silly her. She berated herself inwardly, and made a note to do more research. "I'm thinking of naming it Hermes. You know, like the Olympian god who is a messenger? Cause, cause, Brass dragons like talking. I'm not very sure though."
The blond girl peered at the candies and hesitantly reached out a hand to take one, smiling at Mellifee softly. "Thank you."

"If you'd like more, don't hesitate to let me know." Mellifee herself took a honey taffy.
"Hermes is a nice name, you like mythology?" Mellifee recalled a picture of a man with winged sandals and cap. There were plenty of books dealing with mythology at home as Ebony was an avid reader of folklore, myths and legends. The bee girl didn't know much details about the god though, as she was still too young to read the books fluently. But she liked to skim through them and look at their pictures.
A talkative dragon? Her face broke into a smile. "I'm sure you will get a nice dragon, I hope I can see him when you will have it with you."

The blonde girl nodded. "I like to read fantasy books." They were something out of the ordinary, like herself. Then again, many things on Gaia were out of the ordinary, though her mother had told her about normal lives in another world, and those she had read about. But fantasy books was a way for her to escape from her own reality, and sometimes, made her wish she was a princess that had a knight to rescue.
Sometimes.
"I want to see yours too." Alora said, eyes sparkling eagerly. A small doubt had flickered through her mind; what if the two dragons didn't get along? It meant more research...although she was pretty sure she didn't read about plant dragons and bronze dragons disliking each other.

"I like reading books too! For now I can't read all the words but.." Mellifee stopped abruptly. "Say, didn't we already go this way?" The girls had been walking randomly in the maze while chatting and it seemed they reached the same crossroads as earlier.

"It's fun to learn." Alora gave Mellifee an encouraging smile.
"Oh?" She blinked, stopping as well. "Oh...dear." Where were they?
"Alora?"
At the familiar voice, her blue eyes widened and turned, her face full of smiles. "Brother!" Finally, they wouldn't be lost anymore!
"Silly." The redhead grunted, eyes flicking over to the other girl curiously. "Come on, I'll show you two the way out." Alora nodded and followed, beckoning Mellifee to do so as well.
