This is my new nephew right after he was born. I have never seen "dust" clump like that, let alone there should never be that much showing up in a hospital with all the filters and such.

wow some one needs to clean their lens you can clearly see thats its dust on the lens lol people and orbs are funny ... ps cute baby tho ^_^
