"Uh... well, there's a lot of different kinds of dragons." She'd seen all kinds with her classmates in her various classes. "I guess they all like different things... They seem to, at least." Ala shrugged. "There's a teacher that holds a class just about your dragon, once it hatches. And they'll tell you some stuff when you see your egg."

Reese listened quietly, leaning forward and resting just a bit of his weight on Bob. Bob was a big dragon, or at least by Reese's standards...but then again, a lot of things were big according to the little boy. That's what happens when you're a kid, right? Everything seems huge...
"Do they grow big?" he asked, then glanced down at the Brass under his arms. "Bigger than..." Oh boy, was he going to attempt the Big Name again? He considered it...Jogungunder?....no, that wasn't going to work.
"Bigger than Jo-jo?" His face lit up hopefully. Was it a good nickname? He hoped Bob would like it...maybe better than being called Bob?

Ala blinked at the nickname, but Bob didn't seem to mind it. It was definately better than being called Bob. The brass dragon gave Reese a toothy grin. "Jo-jo..." He muttered.
Ala thought on that question for a moment. "Well, yeah, I guess. Bob's still growing, himself. He used to be really small, but now he's getting to where he has problems moving around the house sometimes..." The girl shrugged. "And some of the others look a bit bigger and some a bit smaller, but that could just be because they're different ages. Like kids..."

So they were all different...like kids were different. Reese thought back on all the kids he'd met recently, and thought up all sorts of different dragons for each one of them. After all, how was he to know they were all DCorp kids, just like him, and would be getting dragons of their own too?
Reese glanced down at Jo-jo once again, and noticed the massive flaps of wings on his back. Oh yea! Wings! Dragons could fly...right?
"Can you fly?" he asked the dragon, before looking up at Ala again. "Can you fly with Jo-jo?" He was 3 going on 4...the little boy was going to be full of questions.

Bob snorted at such a silly question from the boy, leaving his silly girl to answer it. Ala grinned at Reese and nodded. "He can fly, some. He's been practicing lately." Well, really ever since that foul pink-haired teacher had made fun of him.
At the boy's second question, Alaqua shook her head. "No, not yet. Some of the older kids have flown with their dragons and I've heard there's a class to teach you just how to stay on your dragon and stuff, but I'm not old enough for it yet..." She sighed. It seemed that live was always anticipating getting older.

"I can do that too," Reese said with a giggle as Bob snorted at him, snuffing out air through his nose in a similar fashion. Glancing up at Ala again, he smiled brightly and gave a slow nod of his head. As if he had decided on something, or was agreeing with a thought.
"You're cool...you've got a cool dragon," he stated rather matter of factly. "I want my dragon thoon, too."
At about that moment, Edge appeared from the building...and stopped dead in his tracks. There sat his son with another DCorp child. Which wasn't the bad part. The bad part was she had a dragon, and Reese was hugging it.
Undoubtedly, Edge was going to have to get to that dragon talk a lot sooner than he had hoped. Heaving a heavy sigh, he headed over to where the two stood, offering a smile to his young son and his new friend.
"Hey there, Buddy...you making new friends again?"
"Yea, Poppa! Thith ith Ala...and..." Oh, he wasn't gonna try it. "Her dragon, Jo-jo." He patted Bob's head at the introduction. "Poppa...when do I get mah dragon?"
Reese's eyes twitched behind the black lens of his sunglasses, giving a nervous laugh. "I dunno, Reese...but that's something we'll talk abotu at home, ok?"
Heh...so he had been hiding it from him. "Ok, Poppa."

Ala smiled as a man, which appeared to be Reese's father, walked over to the group. "Hello," she greeted Edge, nudging Bob to remind him to be polite. The brass dragon gave a slight huff at the thought of him forgetting his manners.
"Greetings." The dragon raised his head up to nod at Edge. Then he turned, hearing something that was at that moment beyond human ears. "Car." He stated, staring at the road to spot a white jeep turning into the parking lot.
"That's my mom," the koala girl told Reese. "It was nice to meet you." She gave a wave and jogged over to where her mom was stopping the car. Bob grinned at Reese. "Bye." And he was off after Ala.
