Ryari just looked on solemly at the other modi. By now, as she watched the Modi mingle among each other, Ryari began to long for come company of her own. She glance to the empty space at her right. "... I really nead friends." She mewed, trying to cheer herself up, but she dropped her head to her sholders and continued to stare at the empty space.

Loki looked about from a distance, smiling softly at all of the interactions. It pleased him to see other foxes happy. Perhaps he'd send some of the kits in his tribe over here at one point. Noticing another adult under an oak tree, he padded over to her, bowing his head, before sititing down.

Ryari was still staring at the other Modi when Loki came padding up to her. She turned as the Elder dipped his head respectfully, and she calmly returned the gesture. Welcoming the company.

Loki continued to stare out over the fields, smiling at the ebony fox playing with the kit. Still looking forward, he said quietly."A new face." He turned to look at Ryari and said. "I'm Loki."

Ryari gazed at the elder as he spoke. "I am Ryari" She said in a respectful tone, as she had always looked up to Elders. Ahe followed loki's gaze to the kit and the Onyx fox.

Loki smiled kindly. "It's nice to meet you, then." He turned his glance back to the romping foxes. He laughed and said, "If only there weren't so many foxes down there, I might play around as well. It's been awhile."

"Really?" Was Ryari's starteled reply. She didn't think Elders really played much, she must have been mistaken, and she longed to take back her words.

Amor blinked rapidly before saying a "Hello" back. He was a little cautious of the Modifoxes, seeing them fight each other. And the black adult had a knife tattoo...
Out of the corner of his eye, Amor spotted two other Modifoxes, one of them being an Elder. They both seemed like they appeared out of no where. Amor took a quick full look of them before turning his attention back to the Modifoxes in front of him.

Loki laughed, nodding. It always amused him when he shattered people's thoughts about the way he acted. "Yep. Can't be serious all the time." He smiled at her startled expression. "Not what you expected, I'm guessing?"

Ryari recolied as the elder laughed, and unlike her usual self she bit back a rude retort, instead mewing calmly "Well, I wasn't sure really, I've never met an Elder before." It was true, as she wasn't part of a tribe, she had never really encountered an Elder nor had she learned much about tribe life, which she voiced to Loki.

Loki raised an eyebrow at the recoil. He smirked inwardly; the other's respect didn't matter all that much to him. People tended to regain their respect after awhile anyways. "Tribe life? It depends on which tribe you join. Some are like tightly knit families, while others are more self-sufficient, with a tribe for tactical purposes. Tribe life varies."

"Hmm... I suppose I wold have learned as such if I'd been born into a tribe..." She sighed. "Its even been quite a while since I've seen another fox. It can get lonely at times." She finished, turning to look at the ground in front of her she pawed half-heartedly at a clover.

Loki shrugged. "Most of us aren't born into tribes, but there's nothing wrong with that." He smiled kindly. "Well then, look into the tribes. You'll have others around, but you're still able to find time alone. I go off running alone a lot."

"I suppose," Ryari said, and since she had killed the clover, she began to knead at the ground. "I've been wandering alot lately, but as of yet, I haven't come across any tribes."

Loki looked at her in surprise. "Really? Huh. Well, there's five of us that are official. Mine, Kousetsu, and then Lazuli, Lunarie, Sanguine and Bamboo. You've run into members of the other tribes I'm sure."
