You have the authority to...but I don''t know if anybody but the Captain has the ability to. You started the banner contest thread, so I think you should get to choose which one you like best. If you can''t put it up, just ask me and I''ll see if I can put it up for you...or actually...if Neko can put it up for you...being as I''m not Captain...
