This looks pretty cool smile I have a female in the Unity Walke pride right now - Nzinga - but she just joined, so I'm not gonna have her leave right away. But this would be really good for her - she's always hated males because her father abandoned the family, and the father of her cubs isn't really in her life either, so that only adds to her distaste.
I don't really have a plan for her right now except raising her two cubs. When her kids grow up and become self-sufficient, I have no clue what to do with her, but this sounds perfect for Nzinga's future. I hope you don't mind my tenative planning ^^
Really interesting idea!

Where she is at the moment: No where in particular. Mostly, she's just wandering around pondering what to do with herself, so she could be anywhere she's needed
Why she'd want to join the group: Right now she's just really bitter, since her mate kinda disappeared on her and her children don't live with her anymore since they've grown. An all-female group would give her a chance to sort of forget her past and start over with something she could see as worth-while, and she's all about female power XD
