Well, if there were a movie based on Suikoden IV, how about Susan Sarandon as Lady Elenor?
I don't know why I picked her, I've just been watching her performance on the new series of Rescue Me, and she seems to have those dark eyes and that gritty voice.

there technically is an anime based on the game, but it doesn't have any of the same characters.

that would have to be a pretty huge cast for the 108 alone, not including the soldiers, enemies, and other npcs.

His voice actor, of course. He was in Million Dollar Baby. I can't remember who he played though... Pretty sure it was a minor character, but still, acting experience!
