Wanna know why it's so hard? 'Cause half the rules are just there to make it sound prettier. sweatdrop That's right from my grade 12 French teacher's moulth. It's even harder when you go to a French school and they force you to learn advanced grammar. *shudder*

Im from the good 'ol US of A...hahaa...feel free to laugh at that. I just have to apologize on part of half the country who didn't vote for Bush. We tried, but in the end it wasn't enough to keep the asshat from getting back into office, thus we have loosed the monster back onto the globe. Mea culpa...
Anyway, enough politik. Im a Northeasterner (note the entire Northeast was pro-Kerry...shutting up) and a tri-stater (NJ, NY, PA, guess you could count CT as a part of it too, but quad-state doesnt sound as cool). I speak some Mandarin and Cantonese. Im teaching myself Japanese and trying to learn the Taiwanese dialect, Hoklo off my mother.

For the record (since Sai brought this up) I"m pro Bush.
Anyway, to answer my own question, I speak English (obviously) and French, and would like to learn both German and Japanese.

Another person from the US of A. <_<; And I'm from Texas. . .so you can pretty much guess who I voted for.
I speak English and something between beginners and intermediate Japanese. XD I can carry on a conversation, so long as it doesn't get very involved. But I'm increasing my vocabulary each day. I used to know how to read Egyptian Hieroglyphics, but that was a looooooong time ago. . . .

lol When I was about 10 I knew how to read some of the Egyptian Hyrogliphs. I had a whole kit to learn them. blaugh
There are alot of people here from Sweden. That makes things fun though. I love being able to talk to people from different contaries.
