I personally think he'd sleep shirtless. It just seems like something he'd do. As for PJ designs... It'd either be blue or black and have an uchiha symbol on it somewhere.

1. id think sasuke wouldnt wear a shirt to bed. thats just me, not being a fangirl or anything it just seems like something hed do
2. id say hed ware possibly two style of pants long pants not shorts not boxers bants
either a dark blue plaid flannel with dark greens and maybe a smidgen of white here and there
or silky pajama bottems in darkblue or black with pockets and a uchiha symbol on the corner of one pocket.
of course both are drawstring and the legs end skimming the tops of his feet
