Oi...Why do some people think I joined this guild to promote tolerance? lol That is most definitely not why I joined! I joined because I thought the people here were much nicer and more friendly to be around. I joined for my own goddamn sanity! And it proved to be a good choice. I feel much more comfortable with everyone here than I did in the choice guild. I felt like I was walking on glass whenever I made a comment there. I would sit around for about 45 minutes making sure any comment I made was perfect and wouldn't cause an uproar. lol But I couldn't take it anymore. xD So now here I am and it is splendid.
@ lymelady: It really did take all of my guts to say that. sweatdrop I was literally shaking like crazy when I was typing it all up. I'm not really one to confront others, I usually just cower away when it gets tense. But yeah, I feel so much better saying what I did. I feel better and more happy now.

I joined, originally, to learn more about why people choose to be Pro-Life. I wanted to become more tolerant of Pro-Lifers. Perhaps there is where the confusion is?

La Veuve Zin SterileNeedles Throw them rotten tomatoes! A lifer or two can do the same if they want for fun. xD We're nicer here. 3nodding *makes you fresh tomato salad* xd Why thank you m'dear. :3 That is very kind of you. I always like to go back and read my rants after I've cooled down and I can't believe I said all of that. Ahahaha...rotten tomatoes. xd What the hell was I thinking? WatersMoon110 I joined, originally, to learn more about why people choose to be Pro-Life. I wanted to become more tolerant of Pro-Lifers. Perhaps there is where the confusion is? I guess so. I dunno why Enya thinks that we all joined for the same reason. So I told him...or her? (I seriously don't know their IRL gender lol ) and told them why I joined which was a completely different reason from what they thought. And I don't think he/she really cares. xP

Though tolerance is definitely something that I strive towards, it's for civil debate/discussion, which fails to be upheld pretty much everywhere else you go. Just one of the side-effects of actually being civil to people is that you grow to tolerate them, at the very least, and actually LIKE them in some cases.

Ah Needles, dun go! crying I still wub you. Also; I do believe I'm seeing some veiled personal attacks in that guild about me, perhaps I should report them? surprised Though I have to wonder why everyone in that guild is being all dramatic over this. It's ok for choicers in the PCG to create specific threads to attack people, to attack other pro-choicer's who aren't violent extremists, and to insult the entire lifer movement, but if a single choicer doesn't agree with them and mocks one of their leaders, suddenly the world is turned on its ear? rofl Also: Quote: Why don't you first work to resolve the differences between those with whom you share a common ideology first? Because the difference in question is that because I don't hate lifers like those people do, and thus they accuse me (blatantly or insinuated) of not being pro-choice enough? neutral It's kind of hard to "resolve the differences" between a moderate and extremist.

I didn't mean to start liking you guys, or to make you like me. It just sort of happened. *wink* Allowing a specific person to be insulted wasn't very civil of me. As it was a Pro-Choicer who said it, it should have been my duty to dissuade them, and I didn't. I do feel bad about that, even though I don't really care about people being mad at me for it. I will try, in the future, to be more of a role model. Darn. I don't want to act like a grown up. It's no fun.

Most of those insults seemed directed twoards me. xd

It's good you feel happy. I really do admire your courage, I can't imagine saying that to a bunch of people who're already hostile towards me. I'm glad you feel comfortable here.

ThePeerOrlando2 That was probably directed at me. 3nodding Afterall Kaiser and I founded the PCPLA, and I'm generally seen as "on the fence" even though I'm not. Most of those insults seemed directed twoards me. xd I wondered about that. Perhaps they want you to join again, so they can ban you and get the anger out of their systems. I suppose they will just have to ban me instead. *shrugs* I will allow them to do so, in the hope that maybe being "mean" to me will keep them from taking out their anger on someone who can't handle it. It's sad that there isn't a Pro-Choice Guild that is more accepting. If I weren't so lazy, I suppose I could start one. But it really wouldn't be worth it, in that most people who are going to join such a Guild already belong to one. Plus, I'm lazy. Usually, I'm far more upset about drama that involves me. I feel pretty calm this time, though. Strange how upset I felt at being banned from the PLG, but don't really care if they ban me from the PCG or not... Now that actually kind of creeps me out.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was responding to your point that one seems to have to be a certain level of Pro-Choice (not to mention Anti-Pro-Life) to be considered an actual "good" member of the PCG.

Bull s**t to it all.
That took well...not a whole lot of guts, at least not from my stand point. Any one in this guild whos been here as long as I have and has put up with me can tell you that I almost always speak my mind directly and openly...and piss alot of people off in the process. You are more then welcome to stay here and openly discuss what ever feelign you have, so long as its in a sarcastic free way mind you. Still, it took guts none the less. You have more balls then most of the men...excuse me...boys in that guild combined hun.
Sterile, those accusing you of hiding in here and throwing insults are hypocrits. I can recall an occasion when they did just that. Not a single one of them could summon up the femmenen balls to say it directly to us. Dont listen to them hun, they obviously arnt cut out or in a position to make such accusations. They really shouldn't dish it out if they cant take it.
