Red_dragon_1991 A blog posted on LP's and Fort Minor's myspace by Mike Shinoda , stated that the album will be called Minutes To Midnight, and that it will be released on May 15th, 2007. The blog was deleted minutes later. In an odd coincidence, the blog was posted just minutes before midnight, adding to the speculation that this information is accurate. However people were not sure if this information was true. Hours after the blog was removed, The Linkin Park Underground has confirmed that Linkin Park's long awaited third release, is in fact entitled Minutes to Midnight, which will be released Tuesday, May 15th in the United States, and Monday May 14th in all other countries. The first single is to be released April 2nd, and is titled "What I've Done."
"We have put more into the new album than anything we have ever done before," says bassist Dave "Phoenix" Farrell. The band spent over 14 months in the studio and wrote more than 100 song demos in the making of Minutes to Midnight, an album which vocalist Mike Shinoda sees as, "a breakthrough in the development of the band's sound." About an hour after the name of the new album was officially confirmed, Linkin Park's website was redone. It now has a countdown clock, along with the album title under it. It also has the new Linkin Park logo in the background Mark your calendars for Minutes to Midnight on May 15! Sweet I am so happy.. I am so gald that you have informed us, and have also told us the name of the song that they are going to be playing off the album in apirl thanks.

Ha ha! thats SO awesome! This album im gonna get on release >.< Hybrid Theory I got about two years ago, Reanimation and Meteora like two weeks ago >.<

Bad news:
(At least for those who buy Linkin Park CDs from Wal-Mart)
On Best Buy's website, they are already showing the CD. They are selling a "Special Edition" of Minutes to Midnight, but...
They are also selling an "edited version" of Minutes. Whether this shows that they have changed their sound to have swearing in it now, I do not know, but we shall see. Don't be angry at me if it's not true, but just be wary.

pidgezero_one is Qwerty going to be on that album? No, it is only available on the Linkin Park Underground ver. 6 CD. This is what Wikipedia said: The song "Qwerty" has appeared on the Linkin Park Underground v6.0 CD on December 5, 2006 in both live and studio demo versions. It has been confirmed that no songs on the LPU CD will appear on the new album. This means that "Qwerty" and "Announcement Service Public" will not appear on the new album.
