[.Mini-Bat.] Victum Soul [.Mini-Bat.] Princess Katsumi well i wouldn't think that band played devil music sweatdrop now HIM and Manson are different stories...How? according to one of my friends who was really into that kind of music: manson has said himself he is a devil worshipper. and HIM includes a lot of occultism and bruxus quotes. But that's not what she's saying.
She's saying that the aforementioned bands produce music for the devil.
Marilyn Manson has no actual songs praising or promoting Satan or Satanism in any way.
There's a difference between anti-Christian and Satanist lyrics.
Vile Vallo himself admitted in many interviews that most of their lyrics really have no meaning, and all the alleged occultism in their music are really just them joking around.
From their old name(His Infernal Majesty), to the Heartogram, to their lyrics.
None of it actually means anything.
EDIT: Most of Vile Valo's lyrics are too incoherent to really make a message anyway.
EDIT EDIT: Now if she were to accuse other bands such as Dimmu Borgir(with songs such as Satan My Master) and Deicide(among many other death metal bands; with songs such as Homage to Satan), I'd understand. but what Vilo Valo has said doesn't matter. I can praise the devil and say in interviews I'm not, and that I'm just joking around,... so you will believe me? And you're right about manson, but anti-christian lyrics are inspired by the devil.

Satan's music would be praising Satan and/or Satanism.
Satanism is a religion.
Anti-Christianity is not.
Anti-Christian lyrics are not inspired by the devil, as most of the time those lyrics are speaking from an atheist standpoint.
Their music may not be against Satan, but it's not for him either, thus not making it 'devil music'.

Their music may not be against Satan, but it's not for him either, thus not making it 'devil music'. Music doesn't necessarily need to have clear lyrics to reach it's objective. There is new age music, completely instrumental, but still works in your soul against your stress. I know of instrumental praise and worship. devil inspired/worship music doesn't exactly be understandable by our ears, our spirits are capable of doing that.

First, no music is the Devil's music. There is music that advocates the Devil, but none that he made and that belongs to him. Second, show me proof that Led Zepplin is in anyway praising the Devil. Then I might consider what's being said. (Not even touching on MM or HIM. I like them, but not enough to want to defend them).

there is no such thing as devil music. music is mearly a creation of man. sure it can have satanic lyrics, but that is not from lucifer, its from some guy. and how could led zepplin be satanist?

For once in my entire life, I agree with Vic.
Led Zeppelin sucks.
While they're one of the originators of heavy metal, I've yet to see many good metal bands that take them as influence.
But then again the only thing I listen to that's even close to metal is industrial metal, very little black metal, and very little metalcore.

The music evolved from country and bluegrass confused then jazz nd rock n roll, then to Led Zepplin type of metal. At one point in time Zepplin was the hardcore music of the day and kids were punished for listening to them mutch like some are punished for listening to say Slipknot or Rammstein today. Its all preferance, i know that you have no appreciation for where things came from or history, hell if it were up to you you would probably think you could do a better job at WW2 think your better than the ones who write history rofl
