Nibal eyed the various items. "Okay." He wondered if he would be able to hold his own weight up with his toes and fingers. Wouldn't that be a cool way to surprise P'las? Tap on his office window and wave... The boy could almost see his guardian's look of surprise, shock, wonder, and worry.

Orphues picked up one of the items, a softball to begin with since it was smaller in weight, he held it out to Nibal, "Press your fingers to it then let it hang from them we will see if it can hang there mid air."

Nibal took the softball and gripped it in his hand, letting all of his fingertips press against the ball for a moment before relaxing them to let go of the ball. It didn't fall like the boy half expected it to do, but stuck. A grin crept over the boy's face. "So cool..." he muttered softly. Maybe he would be able to use his fingers and toes to hold himself up!

Orpheus gave a nod of his head, "I have to agree that is a very cool skill." He told the frog boy before he walked over to pick up another ball, this one a basket ball so a lot bigger and a little heavier, "Try this one next? If you can do this one then we will try something that is much heavier but you will get to use both hands."

Nibal grinned. Hey, if this guy taught all of the other kids how to do things that only they could do, and he said this was very cool, that meant it was VERY cool. "Okay." He raised his gloved hand up to pull the softball off his hand and put it down before taking the basketball in both hands, pressing the bare one against the surface before trying to do the same thing to it. It took him a few moments to get it to stick, having to figure out how to position his hand for it to work the best.

Orpheus was havinga lot of fun with this, so much so that he really did hope that he would be able to stick to the building and support his own weight. He would definately lead the pair of them up to find Peri if the boy could do it! He watched the way that Nibal worked on the basketball and watched it as he was able to stick it as he had been able to do with the softball, "Good, good. Next we are gonna try this." He tapped a foot against an eight pound bowlingball.

Nibal looked wide eyed at the bowling ball for a moment. That was heavy. But the teacher had said earlier that he'd probably have to use both hands. Well, that was for sure. He wouldn't even be able to pick it up very well with one hand normally, much less try to make it stick.
So Nibal put down the basketball and took off his other glove, then went over to pick the bowling ball up. "Oof!" He muttered as he hefted it up and stood up. Then he had to take a minute to figure out how to hold it to not drop it until he was sure it would stick while not having a hand under it holding it up. Eventually, he settled upon having his hands on either side so he could press his fingertips against it firmly and it could still drop if he didn't get it stuck very well.
When he relaxed his fingers, he was afraid he'd drop it at first, but it did manage to stay. He glanced at the ball, surprised it was staying up.

Orpheus gave a whistle, "Nice! I was wondering if you were going to be able to hold that up with just the sticky alone but... wow. Thats eight pounds you know that your hoping up with just the tips of your fingers." He nodded, that was great, "Alright, if your ready for it we will try some climbing."
He would have to get the climbing harness on the boy for safety reasons though, just in case while they were climbing and the sticky slipped any reason.

Nibal's eyes went wide at the number. Eight pounds? Wow... His arms were starting to get a bit tired, though, so he put the ball down and got his fingertips unstuck from it. "Alright!" He turned to Orpheus, excited. He would get to climb the building! How many kids could say they did that?

"Alright, we are going to get into some climbing harnesses. While you do seem pretty good at your sticking I don't want to risk you getting hurt so while you will be climbing the harness will be there to keep you safe so you don't have to worry, sound good?" He walked over to the wall and pickedup the smaller of the two harnesses, "Here, hop in then I will do the clasps for you."
Once he was in the harness then he would attached the two of them to the climbing ropes.

"Okay..." While a bit upset by the fact that he'd have the harness on, the boy was still excited about getting to climb the building. He stepped into the harness, scowling a bit at having to wear something, even if it was a couple of straps, but he was soon grinning and bouncing slightly with anticipation.

Orpheus did up the clasps on Nibal's harness before attaching him to his climbing rope, he moved over to check something he had on his climbboard, the room numbers to the offices of the other teachers. He looked for Peri's then looked at the front of the building, "Alright. We will be climbing up to that window." He said, pointing at it.
He then set the clipboard aside and got his own harness on and showed Nibal how the harness, ropes, and hook worked so that they could start their climb.

Nibal glanced up to the window. It was a ways up there... But it would be so cool to be able to do it! He played around with the ropes and everything to make sure he was comfortable with how it worked before glancing over to Orpheus, ready to go.

"Alright, stick to the building and we will start our climb." He said, grinning rather happily now. Amused with the game at hand. Man he loved his job! He started up, climbing up a short distance before pausing to wait for Nibal to follow. If Orpheus had a tail it would currently be wagging he was in that great a mood.

"Mm'kay." Nibal pressed his fingers up against the building above his head, then pulled himself up to use his toes as well. It took him a moment to get used to using his toes as well, but he was soon carefully moving up the building, pausing every now and then to pull the rope tight. No sense in him falling because he forgot to do that! Climbing was harder than just getting things to stick because he had to unstick and restick his fingers and toes to move forward. But he soon caught up to where Orpheus was waiting, grinning from ear to ear.
