I think either she will either have a one time power(like in a book a read witha complicated plot) or technopath. If it's technopath she probably won't have any concoius control over it.

I don't think it will be one time seeing as she is meteor infected. It isn't like the time she go the ability to make others tell the truth. Oh that would be a great power for her, but alas, it has been done. Again with the technopath stuff. It would be pretty lame I think.

gonk I really haven't the slightest idea... I have been trying SO hard to brainstorm...but nothing seems to fit the description for Chloe.... So then I came up on the whole "Oracle" idea... and I am kind of liking that idea. Only because that way she would still be the kind of "side-kick" like that Oracle was with Batman I guess.

Well kind of like she could predict th future in a way, like in the Matrix. But not like Obscura where she seems it through a certain person's eyes. UNLESS OH! she saw through CLARK"S eyes how things were going to happen. O.o
