Shenzi shrugged slightly. "Oh, from what I've heard of him, I got away pretty easy. Mostly just got my music and dance insulted, told to get a band and come back." She grinned slightly as he raised the hand-wing, though. "Yeah, I can see how that might cause some problems. You could always learn to play with your feet, though!" She asid, laughing.

"Music and dance...? Oh..oH! That theatre thing...heheh...I may have to audition if they ever decide to put on Nosferatu or something," he grinned. "My feet...? Heh...I dunno...haven't really thought about that...I mean, they have changed...a lot...maybe..." he trailed off with a shrug.

Shenzi raised an eyebrow, taking another careful sip of the vodka. "Nosferatu?" She asked, her head tilted a little to the side like a curious bird's. "Never heard of he, she, or it." Shenzi grinned again when thinking about the feet. "Well, bats use their feet like hands sometimes, so who knows?"

Tommy blinked a few times at her obvious ignorance to the word. "Oh...um...yeah, Nosferatu is pretty much another word for Dracula...or a vampire in general. There's a few really old movies about it," he says while nodding. "But yeah, heheh, I've actually broken down and finally asked the labs to install a pullup bar in my room...it just doesn't feel right sleeping normally anymore."

Shenzi nodded with that bit of clarification. "Ah, yeah, that makes sense. I havn't had too many problems sleeping. Just can't lay on my back, but that's fine with me. The tail is a nuisance, though I'm not about to ask for some damned nest to sleep in." She said, rolling her eyes. Not that she was sure how a gryphon could sleep in a bird nest, but oh well.

Tommy glanced at Shenzi's back 'wings' as she mentions the problem. He nodded a few times after taking another sip from his drink, "Yeah that's one problem I'm glad I never had...growing a tail would be just...weird...I dunno. It being part of your spine 'n all."
"Heheh...yeah...but I don't think gryphons have as...specialized sleeping habits as bats do."

"Painful as hell, too." She said, twitching the tail in response. It wasn't so bad, kinda cool now, but she definately hadn't thought that when she had grown it. "I'll be happy when the damned things are done." Shenzi made a face as she said this, before grinning.
"That's probably true. Bats at least are real. I don't have a clue what to expect with myself."
