I think we should put more places in the Center of Town, such as restaurants and other kind of shops than the ones we have so far. It would be pretty cool for our village to have more than just ninja place, but also regular places, since we're all still human. In a way.
(sorry i was just thinking about all this, so I felt I should put it on here.)

Cobra has an idea that involves many things of awesomness! (at least in his humble opinion)
(...but he needs Death's approval before going forward...)
Step 1 : Cobra stops talking in the third person...
I propose that I create a thread in the center of town subforum, called Cobra's Shop. This will be a quirky, remote dank side alley area, where you can meet a strange and slightly crazy peddler who is willing to trade you Gaia Items / Gold in exchange for 'Mission Points'.
Step 2 : (Thread Creation : Cobra's Shop)
...I could run missions in the Command Center Subforum for different Ranks (Genin,chuunin, etc.) , and the rewards could be mission points, which they would be able to collect and then turn into me for Gaia stuffs.
Step 3 : No God-modding ...(unless the DM deems it so, for plot reasons)
I would create a storyline/mission, and post it in the forums for the appropriate level and hold signups.) After enough have joined, or after I think enough time has passed, I would be running the missions, (I have had experience with this sort of thing), and then award points at the end, based on performance.
...these missions would be for fun, kind of like a side quest and would not pull anyone out of a normal storyline quest. (This way, people need not fear a discontinuity of storyline if they are in a fight or mission somewhere else)
Step 4 : Just call me Santa Claus ...(actually, don't ever call me that)
This is my way of acting like an In-Guild Charity, all item/gold rewards will come from me, (provided I have them...which hopefully I will). I'm not super super rich, but I have a large storehouse of items mid 2006 - 2007 and beyond, and I always want to help people...(Hell, I regularly search the forums for people to GIVE things too, because I believe that kindness should be paid forward 10 fold, and people have been very kind to me). This allows me to do that, but also encourage good RPing with a bit of fun and hilarity thrown in there.
Also, Many times, guilds see lulls in activity, because their characters are frozen elsewhere and the other person goes on vacation or is just inactive. This will be a good way to maintain activity for those who might be frozen, so that people aren't too frustrated that their story lines aren't progressing.
I just thought of this idea in like 10 minutes, so please comment on what you think!

Kyoma, definitely. I just need to decide what goes where and when I get the time, I'll do it.
Cobra... great idea. I remember planning a currency/point system for a guild once before and this sounds a lot like it. Just like the other thing I need to think out the details and I'll probably PM you about stuff, but for now you can put in requests for missions. If someone whats to do a mission you set up, then have fun. THIS GOES FOR EVERYBODY, if you want to submit a mission idea, you may. You become like the client or the leader of the mission and can do almost anything, just follow the rules.

Chunin exams.
Genin and students combined is about 31 people, while there are no chunin. And excluding ANBU, no Jonin either. The exams will also provide some interaction between guild members.
And missions in the Command Center, the place is currently deserted.

Do we have any certain area to suggest mission ideas in?
I have some ideas for a few missions...
Some simple ones like retrieval or scouting missions such as "Find the [insert object here]" and "Look around [insert location here] and report back with details" with things like a minimum post count to complete the mission and rewards such as being taught a a certain jutsu or technique.
Escort and Destruction missions like "Escort [insert person here] to [insert location here] and protect them from harm" and "Seek out and destroy [insert object here] and return with proof" with better jutsu, techniques or equipment to choose from as a reward.
And difficult ones involving assassination and the theft or replacement of important items, "Seek and and kill [insert person here] and return with proof, they are known to have [insert amount] of [insert bodyguard]'s for protection" and "Sneak into [insert location here] and replace/steal [insert object here] with [insert object here (if replacement)] and get out without being detected", the second one could be simply stealing a guarded artifact or replacing battle plans or important documents with altered fakes. Rewards could be high level jutsu, techniques, equipment or perhaps even some sort of special character enhancement.
More ideas could easily be thought up, but these are just a few generic ideas that could be used.

Chuunin Exams will start as soon as I finish writing it up, so get ready!
As for missions, good ideas from people. If you write up mission templates like that than it's easier for the in-charge to get missions out to you. I'll try to do that as soon as possible!
