1.) the obvious "insult" way
or...
2.) what it's really saying is you are so awesome, you deserve to get laid.

For those who are truly in the know, that shirt is predicting the coming of the Zombie Apocolypse, and so saying that anyone who has forseen this coming should get laid as soon as possible, since pretty soon they will be too busy either running for their lives or eating brains to get it on.
