Nose flared Dharmesh pushed his legs more as he started to gain more on his sister. he knew better than to go all out adn waste all his energy or he would lose. legs poundign and strong mucsles working, he started to inch his way to his sisters side. now side by side, he would wait till just the right time to bolt past her.

Qismah let her eyes catch Dhar's as he inched up and pulled alongside her. He was a smart soquili, saving his energy til the end and she knew it. They had raced enough times to know. Besides he loved to tease her by letting her think she had a chance to win. The lake was ahead and they were approaching it rapidly. It was now or never. She pushed her last bit of everything she had and bolted with a burst of speed.

Dharmesh caught sight of the lake and it was coming fast. it really was now or never ad after his sister gave in another burst of speed, he fianly let loose all of his engery into the run. muscles where protestign to the strain on them but Dharmesh went all out ignorign the protest.nose flared, he barled past his sister at full speed now.

Qismah watched her brother as he surged forward in a burst of speed, passing her to take the lead. She snorted and her nostrils flared as white lather covered hr body and her coat was damp with sweat. She could feel the salty sweat running into her eyes. Mane and tail whipped behind her as she gave it her all but she was no match for her brother. He had her beaten, hooves down. However, she was in the mood for a nice dip in the lake to cool off ad so without stopping she ran right into the water.

Dharmesh now was also covered in sweat and lather from the run. he had skidded to a halt infront of the water, tossign his had. when he glanced over only to see his sister barly past him and into the water with a splash that got him wet. snorting and tossing his mane he went splashign into the water after his sister.

Qismah laughed as Dhar came after her, splashing waves of water at him like she always did. It had been one of their favorite games after a good run since they were foals. She had recently played this game with her new friend Shilah. She grinned as she remembered the fun she had with him that day. "Come on now Dhar! Shilah makes bigger waves then you do!!" She bounced about int he water playfully, mischief gleaming in her eyes.

" hey dont you think i cant do better!" Dharmesh tossed his mane and bounded after her to get her with more aves of water. he never acked down when challenged specialy like this. all wet and having fun, he was glad he ran into his sister. though most of the time he was more serious, he had a playful side tha this sister and best friend Izize brought out in him.

Qismah laughed and bounded about in the water, completely soaking her mane, tail and her lower half of her body. "Oh you think you can? Lets see you try Dhar!!" She loved to play, having so much ebergy and she never had as much fun with anyone then she did with her brother Dhar, except maybe Shilah! He certainly was an interesting stallion and a good friend.

Dharmesh tossed his now wet mane and bounded after his sister. he always enjoyed playing games with her as they both loved to challege each other. " oh we will!." grinning, he bound about splashing water everywhere. glad to be with his sister, he knew he could just be a goof if he wanted around her.
