Raeshi Yatsura There's nothing you can do to stop people from posting this stuff, so there is no real point in getting horribly angry and storming down the net gates. You have a really good point there. But I think something we can do is to spread truth to counter their propaganda. 3nodding

Oh, I know.. it's just been a high-blood pressure kind of week... and that rates right up there with the easiest things to raise my hackles in an instant.

Saivanima Oh, I know.. it's just been a high-blood pressure kind of week... and that rates right up there with the easiest things to raise my hackles in an instant. Ya, my week has been pretty high-tense too. Oi, being away from home for 3months is gunna be a b***h. >_<

What I find funny is guys that like lesbian, but hate gay guys, then say they think every single homo should be shot and killed. My response is to ask: Do you like watching lesbians making out? If they say yes, I call them a necrophiliac because they want to see naked dead people having sex, and even joining in. Yeah, but it's almost the same response with women. Straight ones are weird around lesbians, but they love gay guys. Besides, it's usually the moronic macho gay bashers that think every homo should be shot and killed, not all guys. XD

Shmoo-Chan My friend is writing a paper for her Honors Biology class on homosexuality. She is for it but thought the topic would be good since the paper is about genetics.

I'm sorry if I offend anyone's religion here. But if you can stomach any of these so called 'STATS' past the 10th one then you must have a stronger stomach than I do.

That's crazy. I've had ONE girlfriend for about a year and two months now, and I plan on keeping her around for, well, FOREVER, as far as I'm concerned.
And I've never consumed an alcoholic drink in my life (personal choice), much less done drugs. stare

I stopped reading the first site after the second statistic, but after reading the comments on this thread I went back and read everything.
It's scary to think that people actually believe that kind of stuff. I guess they only believe what they want to hear.

The second website was better. Though the real statistics of how many of us get beat up was a little unnerving. *nervous laugh*

AkureiKnight I found it especially funny when they said that homosexuals and lesbian are more likely to die in car accidents... As if the type of people we choose to love has anything to do with our ability to drive. sweatdrop Actually, you're mostly likely to get in a car accident if you listen to the song "Ride of the Valkyries" while driving. (According to a study of the "10 most dangerous songs to listen to while driving" done, oh, maybe two years ago.)
So all gay people listen to that while driving?
Interesting logic.
