Hmm..one's an illustrator jpg, they always give me problems, I'll convert it. You all see the eyes one right?  Is that any better?

kyeah.... random thought... whichever we use for a final banner... I was thinking we could make IDs... kinda like what I made for my mentees... but uber better. XD EXAMPLE:  Thought it'd be cool if we could post those on our front pages in our threads... xd
