haha, DN fingerpuppet shot! yes, i did do my hair like misa's just for this picture, but you can't really tell because i look bad anyway! : D!
BANG LOL! You look the part actually (for a Misa), have you ever cosplayed? biggrin Those finger puppets are awesome!!! I wish they'd make just those, without the box, wait, the box is awesome too, but its expensive. XD

i've cosplayed once. but i wasn't misa. for the coming anime expo, my friends and i were thinking of going as deathnote characters and i'm having trouble on weather i should be near or misa. :'D
how to read 13 is the one with the puppets, and i don't think it's that expensive. maybe $20? but i don't know, i got it as a gift. ; 3;

I think its about 40$ for one of those, plus the shipping would be... a lot of. xP So yeah, if only they'd release the puppets only... I'd find the book pretty useless since I cant read japanese anyway haha.

i live near LA, and little tokyo is in LA, sooo, no shipping costs for me. ;D
i think it was like 20 something in the bookstore where my friends bought it. o:

as soon as I get a chance, I'm getting the Deathbox, the rest of the american volumes + 13, the Japanese volumes + 13. and then any plushies there are. I've already dressed up as L ((embarrasing XP)) and made a Light cosplay XP

I'm saving up a bajillion dollars for the next conventions I go to.
Completly ready to splurge on Death Note stuff.
But now all I have is the manga that came out. Well, I'm getting volume 10 tomorrow. biggrin DD

Lol I just got this death note box set I ordered weeks ago in the mail yesterday. It came with a music CD, L keychain, quill pen and poster. (there's a lot of these going around in ebay, they're from hong kong) The death note itself was so amusing, it even has Lind L. Tailor's name written in it. xD
@pikachuuu -> damn, I used to live in LA, and I've never been to little tokyo. D:

The alarm clock was at a convention I went to (Gen Con), I don't think I've seen one on eBay, either.

The alarm clock was at a convention I went to (Gen Con), I don't think I've seen one on eBay, either. Woot movie 1! I must say the live action movie introduces certain elements that was never in the manga/anime, and it brought a whole new depth to Kira imo (esp. at the end). I kinda like the changes they made, it would be kinda boring if it were exactly the same as the manga, with the anime already closely following it... you know? (not that anyone asked... haha) x3

I own 1-10 of the manga (all that's out in english), episodes 1-12 of the anime that I downloaded, my own hand-made Death Note (>3) and my L cosplay costume.

(not that anyone asked... haha) x3 Haha, I think the changes in the movie was alright, did not really mind most of them, cept that, I dunno, L's character from the manga to the movie doesnt really quite capture his "Lness", and they overemphasized the food. (Though I loved that part where he just stirs his coffee with a lollipop) I also liked how they made light an aspiring law student, then had to find out the hard way that the law was not really all that good justice, it seemed to be a better reason for using the death note than boredom. Dont you think?
