Pausing she wondered if this was really that great of a hiding place. Shurgging she stiffled a chuckle. It was still fun she crept around the rock slightly, to the other side so she could see the cub.
If he was to glance over in her direction she'd pull her head back real fast.

Instinct easily told him that the older lioness was hiding behind this rock. That, and the fact that her smell was wafting around from the spot. Crouching low, he wiggled himself slightly, preparing to tense himself for the pounce. Leaping up, he was beaming.
"GOTCHA!" Sukari cried, his body throwing itself toward the lioness. He had her now!

Zuri chuckled and shook her head as she was tagged. "Oi I don't move as fast as I use to."
She got up and streached with a yawn. "So it's my turn to count right Sukari?" She asked ruffling the bit of mane he has.

Sukari giggled at the lioness' reaction, quite pleased with his own work. Despite trying to be tricked, he'd found her! Bouncing slightly, he nodded.
"Yup yup! You get to count, and I get to hide!" He squeaked excitedly, quite pleased with the enthusiasm of his new friend. She liked to play as much as he did!
Now, just to think of somewhere to hide.

She chuckled and nodded "Right!" She said with a giggle as she place her paws over her eyes and started to count.
This cub was about as funny as she was. "One....... Two..."

Skittering off at the start of her counting, Sukari immidiately headed for his tall grasses, making sure he hopped very lightly. Didn't want to be leaving any paw prints now! Diving into his spot as quietly as possible, he ruffled around a bit, trying to keep as hidden as possible. He definately wasn't going to get caught here, even if he WAS purple!

"Eighteen... nighteen... twenty...." Zuri finished counting and started to look around. Hrmm he must've been to light to leave foot prints. "Ready or not here I come" She started walking looking about the trees, and rocks thinking mayhaps he hid there.
"Hrmm... Now where could he be?"

Resisting the urge to giggle and give himself away, Sukari curled in a little ball in an attempt to hide himself better, keeping a paw firmly on his own muzzle. Heehee! Oh, he had her good, he did! His tail wiggled in excitement, watching Zuri as best as possible. She'd never find him~!

Such an odd little fellow. Now where could he have gone? Zuri tilted her head looking this way and that. "Hm, now if I were a cub and could hide just as well, where would I hide?"
She pondered over the question aloud sitting down catching a wiff of something on the air. No, it was just a rabbit she must've been in the wrong place to catch his sent.
Her tail flickered as she then spotted the tall grass. "Oh well.... I'll find him sooner or later." She started nosing around in the grass, low to the ground as if she was stalking looking for the cub expecting to come face to face with him at any given moment because it was the last place she had left to look.

He really wanted to finish the game. Truly, really, he did! There was nothing Sukari liked more than playing; it was just.. so.. FUN! And he was the best hider ever, no questions asked on that.
Unfortunately for Zuri, Sukari was not the brightest little cub around; the instant a butterfly had drifted over head, he'd sprung from the grasses, up and after the tiny creature. Giggling as he batted in the air, grasping for the insect, his mind completely drifted from the game.
Some time later, at home, he would realize just what he had done to the lioness; he had forgotten the game all together.
"And I would've won, too." He'd pouted lightly, shaking his head sadly. "I'll have to go back and play her again sometime, then."
