Uhm we'll just say gaara's dead >.> nah j/k uhm in the naruto shippuuden(part 2 heart ) temari appeared without gaara because she was helping with the chunnin exams or something and Shikamaru was her escort xd maybe that'll work?

And now to start! heart heart
The soft sound of rain could be heard, which caused most people to be keeping dry in their homes. Rain didn't stop everyone though, the ANBU squad was still working hard at missions.
They'd split up into teams, Sasuke Sakura and Naruto naturally got put in a team.
Sasuke was at the front, trying to lead the others through the mass of trees. Their mission was to deliver a very impotent message to the Kazekage, Gaara. The rain was slowly getting heavier, the sound was all Sasuke could hear, which aggravated him uncontrollably.

"I feel like i should stay watch for a while.." he said in a cold voice The sand then sheltered over temari

"....Gaara...what are we going to do now....."not wanting to say more.

Naruto ran reluctantly behind sasuke. 'why is HE in front!' Naruto thought bitterly. He looked at his teamates,"I don't see how this message is so urgent that we have to go out in the RAIN for" Naruto knew this message was important,but he would still rather be at home eating ramen.

Naruto wasn't usually the one to complain about missions,especially if it was important,but he felt that they should do on a day that it wasn't pouring rain.
