He laughed softly. "That's because you're nice to be with." he smiled. "And certainly. Shall you lead, Hedwig?" he leaned over, nosing at her lightly, then pulling away before he actually did so with an embarassed look.

Hedwig smiled with a little of pink on her cheecks and then started walking softly. "I'm happy i meet you again." she said with her clear voice. "I thought alot about you" then she changed subject when she realised what she said. "You still have problem with you friend..." she made a pause trying to remember the name of the stallion ".... Duo ?"
She walked in the direction of a quiet place near the river.

He was glad his coat was so dark, or he'd be as pink as the mare. "I'm glad I met you too." he murmured lightly, hesitantly, almost in an off-handed manner.
He gave a gallic shrug, a movement in his shoulders. "Duo has new people to bother. I finally bored him off." he smiled at her, and increased his pace in a teasing manner. Not intending to race, but he had a moment of silliness.

Hedwig saw him passing in front of her. She speeded up too to show she was not slow. She smiled amusing. "It's great if you go better with it. Because last time you seemed really tired about it."
The weather was perfect, it was really nice to run like this. She felt better. She liked being alone but being with him was really great. "Do you have some new friend at your home ?" she asked with a voice a little more loudly but still soft to be sure he heard her.

He thought. "Well, we do have some new soquili sharing the teepee, yes." he sent her a smile. "It's been so long since we've spoken, I don't recall who I may have told you about." He kept at her side, not trying to outrun her, just reveling in the freedom of the run, and a companion to share it with.

She smiled back at him. "You spoke about Duo much." she laughed softly remembering it was not in good term. "There is many new friend in the teepee too. And some of my friends left because they find mate."
They arrived near a river she went ahead to drink a little

He smiled. "Did they?" his voice was quiet, shy. "I'd like to hear about your new friends, Hedwig. Would you tell me about them?" her voice didn't hurt his ears- she was careful. And it really was his fault they were so sensitive. He bent down to take a drink as well, resting in casual silence next to the lovely mare.

The mare looked at the sky thinking about her new friends. "Hum let me see" she said amusing. "There is Sugarberry, a beautiful mare with strawberry mark on her body and red hair. Rowtag a winged stallion with hair which look like fire, Serenity, she is like a princess with a crown on her forehead, she is nice but she lost her memories. and Adsila, she understand the trees and his the sweetest mare i know."
She stopped. "I hope i don't bother you with my talk, i speak so much sometimes." she blushed.

Ohanzee shook his head. "Not at all, Hedwig!" he smiled at her, and nosed at her gently. "I expected you to speak when I asked you the question. Just because I prefer silence for myself doesn't mean I demand it all around me, all the time." he gave a small smile. "And you keep your voice low pitched for me, not squealing like other mares I know." A few he could name on one hoof. "And for that I am grateful, Hedwig."

She smiled back to him, blushing a little when he nosed her.
"It's normal Ohanzee, i promised you last time i would never speak loudly when i'm with you. I never want to hurt your ears like last."
She saw apple on a trees. She flew in direction of the tree and picked 2 apple. Then she came back on Ohanzee side softly.
"You want one Ohanzee ? They are delicious, i ate some few days ago."
She stopped and asked politely "Did you met many mares since our encounter ?"
She was happy he prefered her for her voice tones, but she wanted to know if he met many other mares.

He smiled faintly, feeling rather selfish. He accepted the apple gratefully, murmuring his thanks. "Mares, mares..." he tilted his head, pondering if any had arrived at the teepee since he had met with Hedwig last. "Not really." he looked embarassed. "I'm rather antisocial, I suppose. There have been some stallions to arrive... my brother, actually, has come for a visit." he nodded his head, and glanced shyly over at Hedwig. "Would you like to meet him?" What was it about the mare that tied his tongue, and made him feel like a bumbling colt? He couldn't explain it.

Hedwig smiled. She was sort of reassured. She switched softly her ears when he spoke, then she heard about his brother. "You have a brother ? Great, what he look like ? I will be happy to meet someone of you family."
She nuzzled him softly too, " And i don't think you're antisocial, well you never was with me."

He felt a little warmer when she smiled. Couldn't help it. It was silly of him, he knew. He's uhh..." how to explain? "Well, he looks just like me, actually. Just with darker hair." his head tilted, nose scrunching a bit. "But with wings, like you." he leaned in again, shyly, nosing at her gently in response to her own nosing. "And thank you."

The mare right now was really happy. This night was perfect. Soft and warm wind, starry sky and the better Ohanzee company. She drank all his words, paying attention to everything, her blue eyes staring him with an affectionate look.
"Oh he is winged. He is lucky. But i'm sure you're better." she winked. "And, hum.. do you like him ?"

He felt his face heat at her wink, and gave Hedwig a shy smile. "He's my brother. We don't always get along, but I like him well enough... we didn't get along as foals, not really. Our parents spent a lot of time apart because my father... well, he was special. So Kishi and I were always jealous over the parent we didn't have. I suppose you could say we developed a bit of a... parent-complex."
