"The sea is beautiful..but if you felt more comfortable going back inland? Where would be go? I have a pride..and a mother..and a family there..but you and our cubs are my little family. My love, it is up to you, I trust you instincts, I can take care of you anywhere," he made a soft purring sound and flashed a weak smile. He wanted to stay by the sea, but also wanted Chuakari to be as comfortable as possible.
Thinking of returning to the Kusini'mwenzi with a cheetah and cubs in toe..how would they take the news..? The cubs would have an uncle, an aunt and a mother..but Hasidi did not know they would have a cousin and an aunt-in-law.

Hasidi's answer was sweet, but not exactly what she wanted to hear. She wanted him to pick, to take their small ones wherever he felt was best for them. Her only problem with going back inland would be trying to avoid the coalition lands- she still had her insecurities involving who she'd fallen for and how she chose to live, why should she want to show off her cubs there? But Hasidi, he had a pride and a family in land that might be more accepting.
"We should agree one where we go, where we want out cubs to grow up," she answered, trying to fish her way back into him choosing, "If we go back inland, I just want to avoid the Duma'bara lands."

"We can go back to my home? The Kusini'mwenzi will accept us, I am always allowed back. You are my mate, and in you are our children, I'd like to take you to meet Tisha," he sighed and a fear ebbed into his mind, they had to let me back..right? They would of course, Tisha had said he was allowed back no matter what, they would just have to speak with..well..the queen was dead, little Nephy had said..but the princess was his childhood friend.
"We will never go back to the coalition, not until you feel you are ready to, or if you would like we can send word to your friends to join us," he looked at his paws worried.

Kari repositioned herself, rather awkwardly as well thanks to the bump, and then leaned against Hasidi as he suggested his home. She was not surprised to hear that the lions would accept them, though she was a little bit jealous.
"I- I think it'd be best to be where we know where we are, and what to expect," she murmured, still not sure it was exactly what Hasidi wanted, "And I'm sure your family would want to see you, how could they not miss someone as sweet as you?" She made no comment on the coalition, happy about his words and leaving it there.

With her repositioning he was forced to also reposition, his was not as tricky of course as getting the lump/bump in her abdomen settled.
"I will feel perfectly fine amongst my pride, I just fear for you..fear you will not be comfortable," he looked at her oddly, "I we will head towards the Kusini, and if something gets in our way then it is the gods will, not ours."
Turning back to the lump he smirked, "Now where were we...hmmm..you'll be big strong and caring, and just perfect. You'll be the hero of your own cubtales.." with that Hasidi closed the discussion of where they were heading, they would head to his lands, when they left was the real question.

"I'll be fine, I just hope your family is OK with the fact that I'm not a lion," she murmured, voicing one concern she had. They may accept her as his mate, but would they be happy about it? Would not they be expecting something more.. conventional? It might be a lot to make them deal with, by the time they got to where they were going she had no doubt it would be impossible to hide that she was pregnant.
Especially if her guess that there was at least two was right.
With that, Kari leaned back over a bit so Hasidi had a clear view of the bump. She made herself comfortable, resting her head down on the rock. She knew they'd have to leave soon, but was content to be by the sea with Hasidi for now.
