Low Virtual Memory Haha I finished my costume, and I got a blue rock that looks a LOT like corn. domokun UBER SUGOI-NESS!!!!!!!!!!! heart heart heart OMG, I want a love-me section costume! I could cosplay as Kotonami since I kinda look like her already, except for the bangs...but that can be changed. biggrin Plus, I'm an actress too, so I'm good on that front. Yay drama-club-ness!! heart

Lol, actually in my area we just had Sakura-con which is the anime convention in my area. It was like...two weeks ago so I'm a little late, but I can always get ready for next year! wink

and i wanna go to the ax one day o.o or the otakon, the two biggest conventions in the us (i think) *starry eyed*

that's cool how you guys have your con correspond to the sakura-matsuri. we've got a huge asian community here so we've got little sakura festivals here and there.

As as I know, anime expo is the only one in california? So... to Long Beach I go!! I still need to confirm it though... but I'd get to meet the Gaia people o.o! How awesome would that be... Haha... actually, I'd probabaly be like "um... hi?" sweatdrop

the ax isn't the only one in california, but it's the biggest, one of the biggest in the us...maybe the biggest...but the one i'm going to, fanime, is in san jose, ca, but it's pretty small compared to the ax. i soooo wanna go to the ax though!! all the famous people go there if they go to an expo in the us like yoko kanno, and last year even mana!!!!! crying our con is so small that only some indies jrock bands come her, which is good, but mana!!!!
o, actually kamijo did come last year too...i guess he's pretty famous...

Oh, yeah I was-- um, in class so... it didn't click. I meant, isn't AX the biggest anime convention in the US? o.O
I'd like to see what fanime is like... but I can't go up to San Jose... >.> I need to get my pass for AX though... @.@ Blarg.

i think it is the biggest in the us since it is the most well known. i wish i could go this year...maybe next year...omg, actually, probably not next year either....maybe the year after that...if only it was held earlier than the july 4th weekend....
