i perfer clouds sword cause your all for getting clounds sword is only hevy cause its 7 sword those swords our light to handle and there high teck plus during his move call me slashy cloud defeats sepherioth in both movie and game its a one hit kill to any enemy

Cloud all the way, and the reason for this is this it is 6 blades in one he can cut you in hafe by staping you he can use it as a shiled it cuts through ever thing.......ok that was more then one reason but what ever.

well, in theory, Sephiroth's sword is supposed to be able to cut anything, but it's extremely long, and there's the fact that I believe I've read somewhere, that only Sephiroth can weild it. On the other hand, Cloud's sword (FFVII AC at least) can split into several other blades, and is boviously quite the weapon...but is also ridiculously huge, and would also probally be near impossible to use correctly

Sephiroth's sword is also rediculously huge.
In reality there is no way he could possibly swing that sword like he does, the pure momentum caused by the length would destroy any hope of balance you have while wielding it, reducing him to crappy wild swings, slow ones at that. Cloud would be the same, whilst the sword isn't as long it's far too hefty to wield realistically, and he would fail immensely like Sephiroth would.
Though I guess if it came down to aesthetics I do prefer the Masamune, it does have some sort of appeal to it.
