"A touchy subject? Try the worst subject that a worrying bother will ever have to go through. And do you really think I'm that thick, Rahu? I know you didn't do it on purpose, Aruna would never have agreed. I was just making a sarcastic joke." He spat again, god this was going to probably get heated up soon, but Bairn wanted to try and stray away from that. The last thing he needed was a fight, especially when he had children coming. His goal was to be nicer, so it would teach his children better manners.
"But seriously? She's pregnant because of your stupidity. I'm respecting you, though...because you're a father now whether me or you like it or not. You have to be there for them. Don't do anything stupid that would mess them up forever..."
How could this happen? It was never meant to actually be, that wasn't fair. Aruna didn't tell him everything, he left before that could happen.

" you still haven't a clue as to what happened except for the fact Aruna got pregnat. if you really think im stupid enough to even get your sister pregnat out of my own stupidity as you put it your wrong. remeber it takes two to cause foals to happen and very well she could ahve left me and nothign would have happened." if Bairn thought to stray away from causign things to get heated he was sadly mistaking. Rahu's temper was already flared with Bairn's stupidity and sarcasticness. jaww still clinched tight, he eyed bairn eye to eye. " i know you have no such respect for me and as to how mine and Aruna's foals are raised is up to her not myself."

"You probably drugged her or something cause you wanted it to happen." The light stallion mumbled from under his breath. Bairn shook his head slowly and then turned his attention away from the black stallion and back onto the frozen water. They were both about to be fathers. Ah, the world just wanted to torture everyone else, didn't it? It was sure that both Rahu and Bairn would be good fathers to their children...or at least possibly Bairn...but their children. Oh, heck the world would die. The stallion smiled at the thought of 6 little angry foals running around.
"It may take two for foals to happen, but you don't regret it, do you Rahu?" Bairn's voice turned automatically soft when he spoke, if Rahu was going to say yes...well that would be just wrong. They were his own flesh and blood. Something he can't deny anymore.
And then he got all tough again, stupid stallion. Haha, them two were really a good match. "But you're going to be apart of their world, I'll make sure of that. They cannot grow up without a father. They cannot grow up with that stupid unicorn acting as though he was their father."

"Don't think i didn't hear that mumble Bairn." Rahu's ears flicked back and he purposly stepped back infront of Bairn to face him again dispite haivng to get into the water then. of course he didn't know who the foals whould turn out as he knew he wouldn't be around much for the foals specialy sincehe couldn't very well do thatt with Aruna beign mated to someone else. " and that is something i will not answer to you. as to makign sure im appare of my foals lives, things have already been disccused for the most part between Aruna and i as it should be." he then snorted and rolled his eyes at the mention of Delano.

"You're nosey. Why don't you mind your own business." Bairn grinned, thinking that Rahu just wanted to leave, but he wouldn't let him. Oh, no not when the conversation just kept getting better. Moving his head to get away from the black stallion's own when he moved closer, he hated closeness. Much like Bliss...those two stallions hated it when others thought it was okay to be completely near them.
"Oh really then? Too chicken to answer my question? Or do you just not know the answer yet?" He spoke softly again, and then his voice turned rather hard in an instant when Rahu said Aruna's name. "Like what? You've had a conversation with her about all this? What happened?"

" your the one puttign yournose where it don't belong Bairn." Rahu himself hated closeness but when confronted that wasn't an issue. the one thing annoyign Rahu the most was Bairn talking softly then turnnign around and beinging almsot angry. " you really have no reason to need. as to what Aruna and i discussed is between her and i not you." this time he moved to look into bairn's eye and growled low. " and if you thinging of medling in something you need no part of when you have a family you should be thinking about well you will pay the concequnces now wont you."

"Am I? This is my family, Rahu. My sister that we're talking about. I think my nose has a right to be where I'm placing it." He smirked, he indeed did. If anything, Rahu had no right barging into this family. Ruining almost everything that held this family together. Which would be Aruna herself, and Bairn. Together those two were the reason why the family still connected. Artemis was gone, Mahiri and Hania never saw eachother. And then Rahu comes into the picture again and...
...god that just pissed him off. I have a right to know these things, mister. She's my sister and I will protect her for as long as I possibly can. You know, she'd tell me everything if she was here right now. But she isn't. You are. So I expect you to tell me everything." Bairn spat, there was really no use trying to be nice anymore...rude or polite, there was no way anything was going to come out of the black stallion.
And then, Rahu had done it. Gone and brought Astia and their children into this. Dark brown eyes flared, and he growled. "If you EVER hurt Astia or my children in any way, Rahu I will kill you. And I'm not just saying that this time, I mean it. They did nothing to you. And if you hurt me, if you hurt me in front of my children...well you're going to have the meanest little mare on your tail forever, Rahu. Don't test my family."

" your over stepping your bounderies when it comes to Aruna's and my foals." this time he staped at Bairn and snarled. " i will tell you what i choose to tell you so remeber that i never threatned your family i only threatened you and told you to worry about your own rather than worring over Aruna who can take care of her self and is an adult." growling, Bairn had gone and done a bold stupid move to have said what he said and now he had a agrssive stallion on his hands to deal with.

Delano wandered away from the pond and the clearing. Aruna rested with the foals and the company of another mare who had come to visit. It was his first chance away since the foals had been born and he needed the time alone to think and sort through his thoughts and emotions. He was still mixed up, confused, still hurting. His mind travelled to Rahu. It didn't take the stupid black stallion long to take off, leaving Delano to play father. He did not want to be the father to these foals. They were Rahu's and only he could act as their father.
His thoughts were soon interrupted by voices ahead, voices that sounded like an angry rhau and another stallion. He rolled his eyes as the two came into sight and he caught Rahu's last words. "And you have your own foals to worry about Rahu so you might want to think about your actions now." He shook his head. Just like Rahu to start a fight. He barely recognized the stallion as Aruna's brother. He nodded in greeting and respect to the light brown stallion.
"Aruna has wondered why you took off so soon Rahu. She needs you to help her with the foals. Its your place not mine. They are not my foals. " He turned his head now to Bairn. "It is nice to see you again Bairn. Aruna tells me you and Astia are soon to have your own foals. She's been delighted talking about having them all play together. We aren't too far from here. " He smiled weakly, one ear laid back, paying attention to the dark stallion. He was sure Rahu would have a few things to say.

"No, I am not no matter how much you dare to believe your stupid little self. She's my sister. She is my family. These foals are my family, my nieces and nephews. Stop saying that and just deal with the fact that I'll always be by Aruna's side to protect my older sister." Bairn rolled his eyes at Rahu's snap and then decided to not snap back. Good thinking, really. A fight was not needed at this moment. No sir, not any more. With the company that was arriving, they could all do without a fight.
"Don't threaten me, Rahu. Do speak when you cannot back your words up with actions. Aruna may be able to take care of herself but she still has that disgusting excuss for a unicorn on her tail." Bairn sneered, resisting the urge to snap. Oh how he wanted to hurt Rahu, and hurt him badly.
Speak of the devil. The light stallion told himself, amused slightly at the fact that the only unicorn in the world that he hated just happened to appear. Haha, what a perfect moment, really. All three stallions were here for one reason, Aruna. "Great. Now I have two idiots to deal with." Bairn stated under his breath. He took the nod and completely ignored it, turning his attention to Rahu.
"We have company, it seems my dear old friend." Bairn tried to hold back a laugh when Delano spoke once more, as he heard the words he spoke. Idiots, really...both of them. Leaving Aruna alone. "The pleasure is mine, Delano. And yes, what my sister speaks of is correct. And I'm sure that'll happen. They are cousins, afterall." The stallion spoke sarcastically and stole a glance over at Rahu wondering how he was taking in this situation. Moving over a little bit, Bairn stood next to the black stallion and got a better look at Delano that way. Ugh, idiots.

oh Bairn was plan lucky at this moment because Rahu would have attepted to rip his throat if Delano now hadn't came into the picture. he would have responded to Bairns first set of words but decided to deal with him later specialy now with Delano here. narrowed eyes and flicked back ears, he wondered whyin the hell Delano was here at the moment. " what it the hel do you think your doing following me aound. and i wasn't taking off was taking a walk to think if it any of your buseness. also if its your concern to knwo i would have been back sooner if i hadn't run into bairn here." tail flicking in his annoyance and and anger the other other thing to show he was beyound mad where his eyes.

Delano snorted at Rahu and spat his words at him angrily, "Follow you? You think I want to endure your presence any more then I already must? Don't flatter yourself Rahu. I took the opportunity of Aruna's female friend visiting to take some to be alone and here I am running into the likes of you. " Delano shook his head, stomping a hoof as he flicked his lion like tail back and forth. "I seem to be cursed to have the likes of you in my life. I would love nothing more then to never see you again but, that is not in the best interest of the foals, unforunately." Delano rolled his eyes as Rahu passed the blame to Bairn. "Oh don't blame Bairn, Rahu. He hasn't done anything to you and it sure looked to me like you were the one getting heated when I arrived. "
Delano snorted once more, shaking his head as he moved towards the water for a drink. He took a long deep drink before lifting his muzzle, letting the cool water droplets roll down and simply fall from his wet muzzle. Turning back to look at the pair Delano continued. "If anything Bairn is the responsible one here. He didn't even so much as move or retaliate when you snapped at him. He'll be a good father to his foals. I can see it in his eyes. He'd do anything to protect them and Astia, and do nothing that could cause them harm in any way. You should take notes from him. You might actually learn something, that is if anything can get past that thick skull of yours. "
He turned his attention back to Bairn, intentionally showing he was ignoring Rahu for the moment. He wanted to tear that dark stallion apart. He couldn't stand Rahu or how he was. "I just hope none of his foals turnout anything like him " he muttered under his breath, but loud enough they could hear him if they were listening. He let his gaze meet Bairn's and he knew Bairn didn't seem too pleased he was there anymore then he was pleased to see Rahu. He sighed softly. "I get the feeling you don't like me Bairn, but thats ok. I understand. It is your sister after all. I cannot blame you for being protective of her. Maybe someday you won't dislike me so much. But know this, I won't leave her, and I will always watch over her so no harm comes to her, although I feel sorry for anything that tries attacking her. She's one tough mare that one. " a half grin pulled at the corner of his mouth, although he was not sure what reaction he was going to get from either stallion. He knew Rahu would be livid, but then Rahu was always mad about something.

Bairn grinned. Rahu seemed overly pissed off at the sudden appearance of the red unicorn. Dark brown eyes watched the black stallion as he spoke to Delano, body language gave away everything. Rahu seemed almost if not even more un happy about the third company.
"Female friend?" Bairn's ears perked up as he heard Delano speak. "Which one if I may ask? Leaving Aruna alone is almost as stupid as me leaving Astia alone. Although I slip away when she's sleeping." His voice filled with that sarcastic tone of his. Right now it seemed as though it was Rahu and Delano's turn to rip out eachothers throats. Bairn wasn't apart of this anymoe. He could walk away right now, go visit Aruan...and neither of them would noticed. A small smile found it's way onto the tanned stallion as he heard Delano once more. Bairn, a good father? Haha, of cource.
If it meant verbally ripping apart Rahu, he would side with Delano. Although when it came to his sister, he'd perfere to rip apart Delano and side with Rahu. Right now, he was having fun for himself. Siding with no one. "He's right, my old friend." Bairn hissed, teasingly. "You could learn a thing or two from me because I'm the better stallion here. Respectful and brilliant. Yup, that sounds correct." He smirked, now moving his stance somewhat in the middle of the two of them.
"Really, Delano? And what would cause this assumption? Would it be the fact that oh I don't know. Could it be the fact that your mated to my sister?" He paused, and rolled his eyes. "Oh how silly. That's not it!" Sarcasm was obvious in his voice once again. "Haha, you're right that she is tough, but she is my sister. I will always protect her over anyone. And I don't know if I should trust you enough in the words you speak. A stallion never keeps to his own words, trust me I know."

Rahu gave a deep growl and it wasn't smart to double team on him since it just pisse dhim off more. ears flicked back, oh he would have noticed if Bairn had decided to leave but he would hardly care if he did. Delano's and Bairn's words pushed him over the edge but instead of attacking one of them, he just snorted and stalked off in no particuler direction adn it defiantly was no where near the direction Aruna was off in. if Bairn or Delano tryed to stop him from leavign well they would have a fight on there hands then. if anythign he would bemore than happy to leave and not seen the likes of Delano or even Bairn but he had siad he would be there for the foals butat this moment he was thinking he was better off not.

Delano could feel the tension all around. Bairn almost seemed to be enjoying this, but no matter. That was not Delano's concern. He posed no threat to him or the foals and what mattered was Bairn cared and was there for Aruna. "Aruna has many friends I have noticed. This one went by the name Mocha. And I would not leave her alone unless I felt she was in safe company Bairn. Even leaving her alone sleeping is dangerous. Who knows what predators are out there that could attack her when she is vulnerable and alone sleeping?"
Delano watched as Bairn seemed to taunt Rahu a bit, agreeing with him. He shook his head. An arrogant stallion it seemed. Petty it was but perhaps it would give Rahu a clear message. He should be there as much as possible with his foals. But that didn't seem to be the case and Delano watched Rahu stalk off "Oh thats right. Run Rahu when confronted with responsibility. Should I inform Aruna you've decided to run from it? You know she'll have your head when she finds you. So much for your word. It means nothing I see...just a deadbeat father leaving a mare alone with YOUR foals." Delano shook his head. He was angry but he would not chase the dark stallion. He'd leave that for Aruna and he knew she would. She would be furious.
His attention snapped back to Bairn who spoke once more. He shook his head and looked at the light colored stallion in the eyes. "I don't ask you to trust me, or even like me. But I will prove in time to you that unlike Rahu, I do keep my word. Regardless of what has happened and the fact she has had another stallion's foals, I will not abandon her. I would have already if I was that kind of stallion. " He sighed softly. It was true. He wouldn't leave her. He didn't care if Bairn believed him or not. Actions always spoke louder then words ever could.
