My Hollow ashlander_alpha Tyr is the second most important export of the Faroe Islands after sheep. My opinion, of course... Your opinion is fact. 3nodding

Týr's coming to Tuska this coming summer, I need to start listening to them before that.
Suggestions on which albums I should start off with?

Gravechylde You're the first person I've heard say that. That's because I am epic. Eric the Red has some good songs, but I think they evolved as a band with Ragnarok. The feel, the style, the songs are all great. But some of the songs on Eric the Red are, dare I say it, a tad boring. I understand why Eric is the better one of the two for you, it seems to release a doomier vibe. But I dig Ragnarok, so much more than I dig Eric The Red.

After listening to both album extensively and comparing and contrasting, I have reached another conclusion. Ragnarok is superior.
