dangereusehunter The only xena movie i know is the animated version with xena and hercules. it's a cartoon but a real movie is awesome. I have that movie. smile

Although Footballer Wives hasn't been picked up by ABC, there are mummerings around the network that they are trying to work something out and are very intrigued about the show and it could possibly return for a later date.

Ahh, when I was younger I always used to try to think of what they coudl do during the Xena movie.
I never really got past the begining.
It would start out with Gabby sleeping and Aphrodite would appear (sadly, I thought of this before I got around to seeing the last few seasons) and wake her up and say something Xena could be saved like this blah blah blah I don't remember and then Gabby would suddenly be on a ship traveling to wherever.
ha. I was totally obsessed.
But I would still love to see it. I would make all my friends see it and I would see it as many times as I could.

i dont want it to be funneh......... ninja well maybeh a little funny! 3nodding but deh xena people not so good at being funny xp i heard they need some money now tho 3nodding an they shuld make a movie cuz i didnt like deh end! eek crying

Well, they could always have the movie storyline occur earlier in the show... Remember Soul Possession in season 6? well, that was about stuff that happened in season 4, and I actually kind of liked that episode. I'm sure the writers are creative to think of something for a movie if it came down to it.
Plus, let's face it. If they make a Xena movie, we're all going to go see it in theatres, even if it sucks, so it'd be worth making. As long as they have Xena, Gabrielle, Ares, Argo, the chakram, and the battle-cry, I'd be happy. Hmmm... and think how much better the fights and special effects would be as a movie... *sighs contentedly*

Oh crap... I just remembered that there is no more Ares... *sobs* Then they better NOT have an Ares. If they try to replace Kevin Smith, I'd boycott the movie. Or at least I'd try to boycott it... I don't know what my self-control will be like in the face of a Xena movie. biggrin

I'd see it. And make everyone i know see it.
See, i'm like that. If I really like a franchise i'll go support it no matter what. Lets take a recent case, Bloodrayne. I hated the first ovie, but i loved the video games. Therefore i'm setting out tomorrow to buy the second movie in hopes that if the movies do well enough they'll create another video game.
Point in hand is, i'd go see the Xena movie over and over again even if it sucked just to show my love for it ^_^

A Xena movie would be amazing.
Or at least, it better be!
They would definatly have to have Xena and Gabby played by the old actors.
I'm not sure if they should create a new Joxer type.
He kinda bugged me.
And I'm not sure who her new nemisis could be.
Maybe Alti could come back.
Alti could have a part in bringing Xena back.
Like they were fighting while dead, and then somehow they slipped into a time paradox and came back into the world as ghosts, and then Alti goes off being all evil and tormenting people, and Xena has to become alive again and defeat Alti once more, and reunite with Gabrielle.
Something like that.
Maybe a little better, though.
And creative and s**t.
