congrats! My advice in the planning is to have a sense of humor and do everything VERY early.
My fiance and I have also been together for a little over three years. We're getting married on Midsummer's Eve...

I got engaged last year in May...my fiancee and I want to have a Disney wedding heart
Good luck with your wedding! The most important thing is to remember it is about you and your fiancee, not about anyone else. Do what is going to make you guys happy.
