red_moon_wolfess the elbow topic was cute... but I am not risking my laptop's safty by licking my keyboard. Seriously? I don't want to put any slightly-acidic spit on my laptop to slowly digest it. gonk I will never understand you people. I agree with you. Plus, I don't know what is on my laptop now that my brother has been using it (without my permission, no less)..

That's gross. Keyboards are among the dirtiest things we own. Don't do it.

Kids, kids, kids. I wouldn't be surprised if the keyboard had more germs than the toilet seat. Seriously, what the hell? neutral

Marina Ramos (Wow, that's really weird. I'm on a laptop so the keys are difficult to discern from one another. Plus they taste yucky.)

ljosberinn Kids, kids, kids. I wouldn't be surprised if the keyboard had more germs than the toilet seat. Seriously, what the hell? neutral Actually it does. I did a bacteria project in Biology last year and we swabbed all sorts of places (toilet seats, handles on the bathroom, bottom of people's shoes, garbage cans, etc.) and then made cultures on them. By far the keyboard had the most ammount and the most diversity in bacteria. It was leaps ahead of anything else, including toilet seats.
But I did it anyways 'cause I don't really care. mrgreen

Well, all the bacteria on keyboards comes from our hands, which we are constantly putting on our faces, eating from, etc anyway... but still, probably not a good thing to deliberately add an extra serving of bacteria to your diet. P:
