Yeah, I look up lyrics when I'm curious. XD I wish I knew the language. I can usually pick up a few words at least. XD Gah, I still need to get back into studying German before I try getting into Japanese. >_>
Hee, .hack//SIGN has a little song in German. I SHOULD STUDY THAT. *can't remember the lyrics at the moment*
A good amount of the Japanese I've picked up has been from songs actually. Hearing certain things over and over again and in different songs it's like... picking up on a pattern. X3 Still... can't figure out actual sentences. XD; CRIES.

rofl If you start studying Japanese after German, you're going to be just like me! I studied German but when I moved here to Hawaii, I started taking Japanese classes. I thought it was funny how the Japanese word for "work" is arubeito
Yeah, some words I pick up from Japanese songs. Like, if I'm trying to figure out a word, I'll single out the words I already know then see which one matches.

Yeah. I've noticed that "aoi sora" shows up in a number of Japanese songs I have. xD That's part of why I named my O'Connell fansite "Blue Sky". Wow, I don't think I've ever explained that before. Hehe! Poor neglected fansite. x_x;;
I don't recall what I last picked up from a song, though I know I picked up waratte from an Orange Range song. XD I love Orange Range. >_> I need to get their new album. (They also get points from me for having a song called "Sakazuki Jammer", though unfortunately it's not one of their better ones. x_x)
Ahh, I downloaded the OP/ED for the new Naruto series, but I didn't really like either of them. XD SIGH. DISAPPOINTMENT.

I think the Naruto songs in general are all pretty annoying.
Only Ryuusei and Soba Ni Iru Kara surprised me when I heard them. I used to listen to GO!! but that got annoying after a while also.

LoL RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW. Hehehe... I enjoyed that one.
Uhh... I liked Naruto's "Mountain A Go Go Two" by Captain Stridum because it sounds rather OLDIES to me, and I like a fair amount of oldies music. XD I also downloaded Captain Stridum's song "Fuusen Gam" for Gintama which I like again for the kinda oldies sound. xD I wish I could find more by that artist. XD;

My bad xp
You should see it next to Initial D action. Looks fairly neat next to the intro to Fourth Stage and inthe PSP game it's crazy. As the intro strings build up in volume you see this car just standing there but when the song goes uber-dramatic with all the instruments playing together you just see all these cars drift around these corners which looks insane.

haha. XD That sounds dramatically GREAT!
Ah man, I was WRONG before when I was discussing Naruto songs. The other day I went and downloaded the ones I didn't have on my computer and "Soba ni Iru Kara" is nice! I'm not quite sure which one I was thinking of before. o_0; Whoops.
I rediscovered that I like "Nakushita Kotoba" I also like the endings by Akeboshi. Whee... I like a LOT of stuff though, so a song has to be pretty BLAH for me to dislike it. XD "Hajime Kimi to Shabetta" is really BLAH D: WTF.
A few of the songs I didn't even listen to all the way. XD

I'm in love with Gamble Rumble by move. It's also from Initial D. If you like Dogfight you'd probably like Gamble Rumble too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87kVBtql5fIJammer Lea "Overhead Run" from Kaikan Phrase (no clue what that one is) by TRANSIC NERVE (did "Into Youself" for Zoids. X3) I know this was posted a long time ago but I'm going to respond to it anyway. Kaikan Phrase (Sensual Phrase) is an anime about a band called Aucifer (Lucifer). They even made a real j-rock band to promote it too. The band's pretty cool, but I don't really know a lot about the anime (I don't really read/watch a lot of shoujo stuff even though I'm a girl. sweatdrop ) I didn't know Transtic Nerve did a song from Kaikan Phrase! I love them, but my favorite song of theirs is Into Yourself from Zoids. haha. But I also love their cover of hide's Ever Free. I heard they were produced by Yohiki of X Japan too... but I don't know if this is true or not. It probably is though, Yoshiki produced a lot of bands including Dir en Grey and The TRAX.

Hahaha, Gamble Rumble is so amusing. XD That guy never stops dancing!
I think I like Transic Nerve, but I only have Overhead Run and Into Yourself. XD I haven't been able to find anything else by them. o_o

I only have a few Transtic Nerve. Off the top of my head I can think of Ever Free (cover of a hide song), Into Yourself (from Zoids. Duh.), Another Sky, Another King, Scramble. I can't remember anything else. I'm probably leaving something off but if I am it's just like, one song. xd I can't really find much of them either. I learned about them because of Zoids. sweatdrop

Mrr, Gamble Rumble isn't too bad though it lacks the kind of dynamic contrast Dogfight has. Something like Noisy Tribe (misspelt Noizy Trive in the link) appeals to me much more and eats my brain. And yeah, the guy Motsu is cool. They say he does something crazy in every music video and so far I've only seen one exception to the rule where in Raimei ~Out of Kontrol~ the three members of M.O.V.E get sucked into Initial D and he spends the entire thing freaking out in anime form as the passenger of a Roadster that's racing against Takumi Fujiwara in his 86. Certainly in Dogfight he does something freaky and then there's Rage Your Dream....
