Eustathios stood, spears still hanging in his hands, as he stared at the car for a moment. He had never actually driven and considered just breaking into the car for the hell of it, but he would do that eventually in any case. For a moment he didn't notice that the other man had arrived and the first had begun to walk off. The Spartan barked a laugh as the elderly man became gravely and seemed to release something more then fear from his body.
Those who could not stand and give their lives were pure cowards, it was that simple. He licked his lips in consideration, before pointing towards the quickly disappearing Gamma, "I am going to follow him, never know where fun might arise." The uniquely armed man stated, and then turned, stepping after Gamma and placing his spears back into their rightful places upon his back, but pulling his shield upon his right forearm.

A shade under five and a half feet tall, Raven did not look like a half-insane warrior... until you looked in his eyes. When St. Williams had gazed into those soulless violet eyes the night before, she had sensed a great potential for the organization in the man. Minutes later, the ceremony was undertaken. Acute pain had shot through his body when they tattooed the symbols of power on his flesh, but he did not even draw in a sharp breath, only watched. His accessory laid in place, the command to activate the Marble in the back of his mostly machine mind.
Now Raven stood in the shadows of the dilipidated building, once again committing the careful, yet simple, design of his tattoo to his memory while contemplating at least three other things at the same time. The one thing that took up most of his focus was his teammates: the freak Toxin, and one he had yet to meet, Xypher. They had his cell phone number - it rested in his pants pocket instead of one of the many pouches on his two looping belts - but hadn't called. They could find him if they wanted, though, couldn't they?
"Maybe I should go ******** around," Raven wondered aloud, his deep, gruff voice projecting around him. None of the Saint's minions would care or even acknowledge him, though, so he really didn't feel stupid about it.
(*Note: Raven had given Xypher and Toxin his cell phone number, not the Fists of Power.)

Actually, what had happened was Raven had seen what he wanted to see. Just as everyone did. She hadn't asked for his name, nor even cared when he left his phone number. If they did their job, great, if not, she could care less. There were fewer people than she'd expected, but the ones that were there, should at least make things interesting...

Gamma was moving with more intent now, despite the sad face his mask held. Arms swinging with every step as he hustled towards the crappy orange hatchback. It was good to see nobody stole it.
Of course, no self respecting thief would look at it twice.

He sighed, well it was quite uneventful for a battle. The money hungry Spartan could take solace in the fact that he had actually been the one to put the girl out of her misery, and had acquired two new pieces of equipment. Which he had no doubt would come in hand when an aggressive battle actually presented itself. He continued to follow Gamma, he had a good feeling about that car and was actually interested in committing an RPG drive-by.

Miles grinned, proudly displaying his teeth which weren't in the best of condition. Seemed ancient times didn't have the best of opinion for dental hygiene. It didn't bother him though, he was missing a few any ways.
Stopping some ways from the car he looked about.
And what did he spy with his little eye?
Well it was just a cursory glance; but a tingling in him made him pause and concentrate. There, just by the office was another individual and the longer he looked the more intense that tingle become and it wasn't long tell his whole spine quivered with built up fervour.
Forgetting the quarrel for a moment he called to the others to look where he did.

Gamma jingled the key into the lock and almost ripped the door off when he swung it open. Picking the pack up Gamma looped his arms through the straps so it hugged his back tightly. Leaning in further he grabbed the chainsaw's handle.
Out of the car again, he whipped the saw up and rested the saw's guard against his left shoulder while he slammed the door with his right. And then his eyes were on Miles.
Who was otherwise occupied, staring at some short guy across the street. While next to the Fist of Power headquarters, something else stood out.
Gamma just had the burning suspicion that he had a marble too. It wasn't outside his mortal senses, but it wasn't naturally given. Guess these marbles do all kinds of thing to a person.

His eyes followed the general direction of where Miles had pointed, spying the short man as well. A shiver ran up his spine, it was not fear, no, he had felt that on many occasions, but this was different. It felt like when he got hold of the marble for the first time, and the new one neatly held in the back of his mouth. Silently, he knew they all came to the same conclusion: that man, boy, whatever, had a marble. He began a coughing fit to attract the attention of the pair, covering his mouth with one hand, and as it finished he pulled it down and to the side. If you looked carefully, and if you were either Miles or Gamma, you would have noticed that Eustathios had dragged his thumb across his throat as he brought the hand down. And then he raised his right eye brow slightly, indicating a question. Should or shouldn't they?

When you've been in the business of killing for hundreds of thousands of years, you get an almost sixth sense for noticing those whose eyes linger on your body. That and his artificial eyes could do a number of things, like roll at angles an organic eye couldn't and zoom in on something without really revealing he was staring back. It was like one of those moments where two snipers were staring at each other's scopes through their own scopes, except Raven's guns were large handguns in his two tactical thigh holsters.
In less than a moment, Raven had considered possibilities - his machine brain was that fast - and turned his head fully towards the three, his mouth opening and vocal chords forming the English words, "I hope you're not considering whether or not to ******** me."

Xypher walked slowly out of the entrance of the building. He was rubbing the tattoo he had got. It had been placed over his belly button, the marble shone in its place. It seemed like a good place to be, it was in his centre of mass, it wouldn't be throwing his natural weight off to one side when he was moving too much. As he walked his hands slowly glided to the four sheaths along his belt, slowly he felt the handle on each dagger. They felt familiar, better than any dagger he would pick up, but that didn't mean he wouldn't be able to use a random dagger.
Xypher was heading towards Raven, catching him in the shadows. He moved swiftly as he walked, his mind already searching for his light adaption spell. As he got close he spoke in a whispered tone, knowing Raven would be able to pick it up. "We should move out now, and explore the city. Toxin is capable of catching up, and we both know that..." His dark skin blended into the shadows. With his clothes on he looked almost completely invisible alone, without any magical effect. The only thing giving him away now was the slight glow a dagger was giving him, reflecting part of his pant leg...

"" He responded, turning towards the shorter man, who was across the street from them. A smile painted the tanned Eustathios, his smile held no anger or disrespect, it seemed genuine. A second man walked over to the other he had been speaking two. Wow, this was going to be like shooting fish in a barrel. With his smile continuing to seem genuine he didn't seem to present all that much of a threat. That was until he fired a single rocket from the head of the spear in his hand. He had not actually moved the spear from it's horizontal hold in his hand once he had begun to walk once more. So, when he turned it was already pointed at the man and his partner, and given he had spent most of his life training with such weaponry, he could guess exactly where it was going to go. Yet, he had no intention of actually hitting the newly picked target, instead he was going to blind. The rocket fired from the front with a wicked hiss, and then impacted with the road, across the street, and at their feet. It tossed up a large gout of flame, cement, concrete, smoke, and dust. Enough to cover where him and the rest of his party were, and as soon as he had actually fired, another rocket fell into place. He pulled the spear up and ran along the sidewalk as he fired a second rocket through the smoke and gloom. All of this was done in a mere number of seconds, no more or less then five. Hopefully his team-mates had taken the hint and picked up the attack with him.

Whoosh
Boom.
Gamma was on his knees in a flash. Or rather; an explosion. That massive chainsaw was released as his hands found his favored sidearm with blind confidence. A kneeling position, an automatic weapon, and about a roads-width range.
It was like a shooting gallery, only closer.
Both hands held the eight-pound pistol steady as the recoilless action spewed hot iron slugs at the pair. Gamma never carried the pistol with the safety on, so there would be no delay from trigger pull to burst fire. Each squeeze of the trigger would give life to five iron slugs with over 2 machs of muzzle velocity behind them.
They'd destroy flesh and pulverize armor. Steel plating would be render useless as flesh simply converted into hamburger. And since the range was so small and the pistol's weight defeated the muzzle jump, they'd both be under some pretty tight grouping of automatic fire.
After Gamma squeezed the trigger a couple times, the chainsaw hit the ground.

s**t!
That was the only thought that passed through Raven's head in the moment he saw the first rocket coming, and he only caught it because of his cybernetic eyes and his thought speed. When it exploded, kicking up asphalt and dust, he dove to the ground, already switching to the infrared visual spectrum to see through the smoke and pick out Gamma and Miles's heat signatures.
Raven barely noticed or cared about the second rocket that whizzed over his head; he was already on the ground with one of his seven inch long, bulky guass pistols drawn and pointed at the kneeling figure, whom he correctly assumed to be in a shooting stance. He focused wholly on the two foes, ignoring the large jolts of pain as spinning bits of cement, asphalt, and other metals bit into his back from the explosion behind him, and the bullets drilling into the wall above him. He gripped the pistol two-handed, aiming at the center of Gammas' heat mass, and began to snap off large caliber, fourteen millimeter hollowpoint rounds in such rapid succession that it was almost automatic. There was no recoil, as the pistol's helix ring design sped the bullet along at over mach five without the use of an explosion of hot gases.

Xypher saw the spear move and the rocket come move before it was over halfway towards him. His instincts picked up, and he moved very quickly. He immediatly ducked and sprung off his legs, hitting the ground next to him, and rolling over his shoulder he was quickly up and back running again. His invisibility spell was still being cast, and as such he decided to run into the shadows, somewhere he could hide. As he ran he also made around a corner. He would get on a roof and attack from a hide whilst invisible...

Amazing how you could see something move that wasn't moved; oh well. After side stepping all that he needed; which wasn't much, he ran forward. His body pulled close and the two shields on his person adding to the absurd protection on his body. The spear was aimed towards the ground, he knew from experience that people had a tendency to lower their center of gravity in order to dodge or at least hope to dodge rockets. It also helped that the smoke was already beginning to settle. As he ran across the street, he fired another rocket, and let the spray hit the armor on his body. It pinged and whizzed off without even slowing him in the least. The next spearhead that suddenly took the place of the last whirred to life like the drill it was, and just happened to be right in the line of the prone positioned Raven. Meaning he was probably going to get stuck like a hog, somewhere along his head, neck, or back. And in the case he did, it wouldn't slow him down, Eustathios would keep running. Or, if he somehow missed/grazed the man; he would turn instantly and jump backwards and away from where the man had been. Remember now, all this was going on as the bullets were being fired from Raven and after Gamma's.
