Jamaa nudged her softly wanting her to lay down, just for a bit at the least. She too was injured and he was too. Sick, sprained paw (or worse), and a bit at a loss, Kizaki was all that could help him right now. He looked at her softly and laid himself down, his chest still puffing out a bit and his head held high. The chocolate-brown male watched her carefully, she has taken good care of herself indeed. A mate and another pack, she must have been happy there or else she would have came back to the family.
"Just a bit, a bit of a mess right now.... but the family has gotten a little bigger."
he replied with a smile, a forced one. Kiangazi, the adopted son, was nearing adulthood and he was the only family member left with the two pups, Kianjahe and Agizo. Tahu and Temari are gone and Demani abandoned them without so much as a word. At least.... Kizaki was happy.
"When your mother returns with Poki.... When the family is back together again, I will try to get us all to come visit you, Kizaki. You'll be able to meet everyone too, I am sure they would love to see their big and only sister."

"Father..." Kizaki watched as he sat down, her jem eyes following him closely and shimmering with the lightning shocks that went through the air. She felt guilty that her family had suffered such great blows since she'd dissapeared into thin air after that human attack.
Now come to find that her mother really WAS gone and that Demani had willingly left, it was like a slap to the face. Kizaki had always thought her family would have been better off without her, maybe she'd been wrong about all of that.
Settling down on the ground beside him, Kizaki gazed out at the storm quitely, thinking her words over before finally answering.
"That would be nice, Miremba would welcome you all for a visit, I'm sure." was all Kizaki said. ninja

"I would still need to tell Dhati about it. After all, our family of seven is a good chunk of the pack. But I am sure they can manage without us for just a little while."
Jamaa yawned and made sure that his injured paw was not pressed under him. He was still a bit wet, but matted and smelly fur was not much on his mind that he was with his one and only daughter. After so long, missing most of her life, she had grown into a strong female. She seemed to be better without her family..... she had a new pack, she had a mate too. She seemed happy too. What would he be if he had asked her to come back, to come back to the family-no, he can't, she has a better life, any that he could have ever offered her with the family or at least.... he thought so.
"Kizaki.... make sure that you watch out for Demani. I worry about him."
The copper brown dog murred and nuzzled against her, something that he has been unable to do for so long. For so long she has been gone and now she just reappears.... he knew she was alive, he knew she would come back. He was right.
"Also.... if you see a small red pup wandering around.... do me a favor and take him with you wherever you are? He has grown a bit since I've last seen the pup. He's a bit lost."
Jamaa didn't want her to know that the pup he was talking about was indeed her brother but just a lost pup. In truth he was lost.....
