"You will do no such thing. " Nick growled as she turned off the COM-Link.
The voice of Puppy followed by swift thunk caught her attention. It was like something hitting a hollow metal crate.
Great, all she needed now was teh ongoing war between those two.
She shook her head and leapt out of the cockpit and landed next to Tidus.
"Kagi, leave Tidus alone."
( *Gasp* )
Kagi jumped from the cockpit as well. He would have LOVED to land on the enemy, but Nick had commanded other wise. So with an aggravated growl he had to change course and land next to Nick. He stood as close to her as he possibly could.
Blaze was so tempted to climb inside the large cargo, but respected Nick's distrust of the new guy. It was understandable. If anything should happen he would be there... but if he were lucky things would go smoothly and he could be permitted to get a ride.

Dante heard what she said barely as he was walking away fromt he cockpit and shrugged. He openned the side of the cargo area revealing his own Zoid sitting inside there. As he walked out he looked over each of the people with a raised eyebrow. "As I said when I first sent a message to you my name is Dante. Its nice to meet you, so you dont want me to tune him up or dont want him in the HC either?" He held out his hand not really expecting a handshake in return.
Daiyu was still sitting on his shoulder just chilling there with her legs curlled under her. She watched what was going on with interest but nothing t say really. From looking inside his HC you could tell he was a mechanic, he had tools laid out, but none were fre. Everything was strapped down to keep it from moving too much during traveling.

Titus narrowed her eyes to as she looked at Kagi. -Stupid thing....- Boy she wasn't in a good mood, you could say she was kicked out of her bed this morning. Titus say nothing as a dirty glare meant the man as he approached. she looked him over and her eyes rested on his outstretched hand. Titus stood there with her arms crossed. Staring uneventfully at his hand. He expected a hand shake from her! After waking her up.
"Your not that smart are you..." Titus growled coldly and bluntly. Maybe at another time she would have taken the gesture as being friendly, but know in the mood she was in...no.

Nick placed her hands on her hips as she, without realizing it, defensively stepped in front of Tidus. Upon closer look one could see that her cloths were stained with blood on the shoulder and gloves. By now it was so old that it looked black, but that still didn't change what it was.
Nick's eyes were masked by the shades she wore. It added to the intimidation this woman gave off. She had no intention of shaking this man's hand.
"I would never hand my zoid over to anyone I don't trust." She spoke coldly to him.
Kagi roared at the man he approached Nick. No way was he going to let a new thing come in to the picture. His lime green eyes flashed as he roared again. He was stopped before he could attack by Nick's hand placed on his hard forehead. His eyes continued to glow in a rage as he stared angrily at the man. He was so tense and ready to attack if any sudden movements were made that he didn't like, and no hand was going to stop him from ripping that man apart.
Blaze could sense the situation getting tense. He adjusted his position a bit so it would be easy to get up and act if needed.

Dante raised his left eyebrow looking over the group of seriously unfriendly people. Maybe he should have just went around them and continued to go. None of them were taking his hands so he looked over his hand to see if it was dirty. "I know I am greasy and dirty from working on Aeris, but I'm not that bad am I?" He looked over himself, he seemed normal, at least to him but these people were not nice that was for sure. "I am a mechanic miss, you can trust me though I understand your concerns. I was just being friendly and trying to help. If you do not wish my help than thats fine, though I do have food and beer inside if you wish to have some."
He looked over at Tidus ignoring her outburst because he honestly had no idea why she was so mean, he didn't do anything to her as far as he knew. He also looked over Nicky, young, his ageish and pretty tall, taller than he was but whatever. She tried to intimidate him but he didn't really care his bicep was about as big as her waist so she didn't bug him. Then there was the little thing next to him that was growing. He looked down at it and shivered, all of a sudden a strange feeling overtook him. Something he wasn't used to and was unnatural. He fought against the feeling trying to keep control of his own emotions and mental state.

She took a step back as Nick stepped in front of her. Making a slight huff, as she was still a bit annoyied, and then obviously ignored. Or most likely her desired answer was given. This man seemed way to trusting.
Titus moved one of her hands to the bridge of her nose and looked somewhat down closing her eyes, making a slight soft moan. -I don't want to put up with this....- obviously as if to control herself more. She wasn't normally like this...well she sometimes flipped like a coin, if rubbed the wrong way, and for being woken up....that counted.

"It's not your outer appearance that determines how good you are." Nick folded her arms across her chest. Kagi, fortunately, stood still next to his possession when she removed her hand from him.
"And just because you claim to be something does not mean I will put my trust in you... Trust is not built up by appended, but rather actions." She continued with her cold tone. Nothing this guy said seemed logical.
Nick didn't look back at Tidus, but she waited for a response from her as well.
Kagi continued to glare spitefully at Dante. Like Tidus, he wanted that man's head in jaws. Than he wanted to tear him to tines shreds and see how much red stuff this guy had in him. Pain, yes, he wanted to cause so much pain to this man.

Dante's eyes broke off of Kagi and looked up at Nicky and Tidus. They were all just so cautious, which he knew was needed but being too cautious meant you didnt have any fun. He really wanted to have people over right now to talk to and seeing as these were the only people htat were around he figured they would be good enough. "Come have a drink and eat some food. Then if you want to leave you can be on your way, I would like the company. And I very well know trust is earned but you have to try and put your trust in someone to see if they are trustworthy."
He shrugged not knowing what they were going to say but he turned proving his point that he would trust them with his back turned. Though he wasn't completely trusting, he set his hand on the handle of his knife as he walked back towards trying to keep an eye on them as best as he could. He also listened for footsteps especially that of the organoid.

Titus looked up and dropped her hand and watched this guy in unbelief as he turned. She made a smile, not just any smile, but one that held a since of conspiracy. Titus moved over to Nick side that was free off Kagi.
Titus still had that 'look' as she turned her head to look at Kagi.
"Hay, Kagi...." Titus whispered welcoming and warmly to the organoid, obviously up to something.
What she was going to say next was: 'first one to take his head wins'. But that comment may vary well expected by Nick if she saw Titus and the look that she had. Titus waited for Kagi's attention, or that of Nick's before she continued.

Nick growled as Dante turned his back on them. Again she had to place a hand on Kagi to keep him from taking this glorious opportunity to attack. Nick would have let this fly if she had anymore anger toward this guy, but now she felt she had to prove something. With her other hand she withdrew her gun "Peace Maker" and cocked it. The small click seemed to echo over the scene. Now it was time to prove a point.
"And just like that you would be dead. You turn your back on me, my dog ( for a lack of a better title for Tidus), and my Organoid. Can you not feel his will is to tear you to shreds? I have seen him to this to the strongest of generals in my previous alignment. This gun I have in my hand, the blood on my cloths are proof of that. If you wish to gain our trust than you should never turn your back on us. Placing your hand on your weapon isn't a good way either…" Her tone remaind harsh, cold, and yet she was very smoth throught the whole speech.
Kagi leaned his head a little closer to Tidus, his green eyes still focused on Dante should he try anything.
"Gwar?" He responded in question of what she wanted. KagI returned the same tone she gave as best he could.

Dante smiled to himself as he put his other hand on the gun and took the safety off hearing the click and knowing what it as. "Wht do I care if your organoid wants to kill me? He wont unless you let him, and I am trying to trust you guys. As for the hand on my knife, though I am trying to trust you I am not stupid. My knife would purely be for the defensive if you attacked me. A gun is more offensive, and I wont pull that unless I am attacked." He now turned his head to look back at Nicky smiling somewhat confidently that he wasn't dead yet.
"Now if your done trying to tell me how to behave and what to do and not to do. Come on in and we can eat and relax some. I have some good food and good beer inside." With that he continued walking towards the inside of his HC looking around his place smiling at it. He liked his home and hopped they would come with him to eat and rest.
Daiyu kept looking at them to see what they were doing and tilted her head at why they were so uptight. There was no reason in her eyes to be that mean, sometimes you just needed to be nice to be treated nice. And if you were always mean than people would be mean back, so be cautious but be nice. Thats what Dante was like and what he believed and it seemed right to her, so it didn't make sense for others to not be that way too.

"First one to take his head wins...." Titus whisper to the kagi as if it was a game to take the guys life. Titus then looked up at Nick hearing her speech, she label the man as good as dead. She smile.
"I was wrong," Titus straightened up and spoke as if it was a surprise that she was. "...your not stupid." She continued, making a shrug. Having a gun at her side as well, though she prefered the silent weapons.
"Your foolish...." She corrected herself, as if she was preparing to make a list on what to call him. Though the tone in her voice was rather unemotional and almost toying, as if it was a common mistake.

Kagi nodded in acceptance of the challenge.
"rawr, grarw. Mmmrarwr." He added as he moved closer to Nick.
Nick took her aim. The behind the knee. It would cripple him and leave more of a mark than the shoulder would. The shot would have taken place than, but a sudden pain burned at her left eye and her left arm begun to tremble.
Nick's right eye begun to water and the left side of her face begun to turn red.
Sweat begun to pour from her forehead.
She let the gun fall to the sand. Taking a shot now wouldn't be a good idea. She couldn't see well or hold steady, might hit a vital area.
"s**t." She mumbled to herself. It had just hit her what she had forgotten to do, her medication.
"Your head is thicker than Kagi's fool." She groaned at Dante, sounding as if the wind had just been knocked out of her.

Dante turned around seeing her drop her gun and completely took his hands off his weapons and readied to run over there to catch her if she started to fall. "My head may be thick but at least I can take a blow then." He chuckled to himself as he made a joke at his own expense, "Are you ok though? Need help, or something to eat or drink? I have no idea what is wrong with you but if you need my help I will help where I can."
He watched her carefully and the other two they looked kind of getting ready to run. And the direction they were facing was him, he didn't like that too much, he was a good shot, so Tidus woul go down fast. Kagi would be a serious pain though, he couldnt through him around and the armor meant he couldnt knock it out fast. But he watched Nicky, she acted so tough yet it seemed he was so fragile right now, she was actually semi cute when she wasn't trying to intimidate him.

As the man approached Titus intercepted him, quickly drawing her gun, and knife as she did. She was fast and agility was her speciality, He wouldn't let him get remotely close to Nick, as she didn't trust this man. And knew Nick didn't either. So in a way she was just respecting her wishes. She stopped him from going any further from where he was at, and the movement so sudden. The sharp blade resting at his neck and the gun in his stomach. think of it as a way to have saved his life, from the bloodthirsty organoid.
"...." Titus didn't say a word as she stood ready, it was to say the least a warning; as she seemed to be lighting up about him interrupting her sleep, and gave him a favor; saving his life. As she knew Kagi surely would have taken it. And she wasn't to be taken lightly. That much was shown in the change of gaze she held. It was almost frighting, that it was so sudden and would make one wonder if she was the same person from before.
