there really isn't much to talk about when talking about Tina. She's as simple as you can get story-wise.

I've grown to like her. I liked her in DOA1 with her brown hair (which I'm sad they had changed and I would like to see her have it back someday) and then in DOA2 I kind of thought she was cool. She has generally just grown on me over time. In DOA4 I actually learned how to use her fairly well and I found I really like her personality even if it's a little obnoxious. I'm sad that she's just as neglected outfit-wise as the guys...but then again I'm just sad in general that everyone besides the girls who get a million outfits don't have that many outfits anyway (and what the heck is up with Lei Fang and her recolors of her outfits!? Team Ninja is LAZY!!! GRR!!!)
