Nothing extensive... But her mother is 'retired' from her slightly illegal business of selling and/or killing people. :B She semi-retired ish. She can still get called back to work. Cleo works her hardest to try and impress Rapier - while still acting like Jem - and her mother goes back for extended amount of time. Dagger (who is taking care of Lian and Emi and Teeu and has dubbed herself the 'Elephant Graveyard' of D-Corp) will be there to take care of her and Tyven but... I'm getting off track. >>
Rapier tells them she's leaving, Cleo freaks out. Her mam could die out there. Rapier tells her she's staying because she's too young and she had the personality of a Barbie Doll. Cleo gets pissed off, insists it's not true and her mother just..doesn't believe her. Understandably. The girl looks like a fluff head. Insert the bubbling up of all her anger and insecurities as she has a mini volcanic eruption and tears her room (and probably her mother) apart.
She's not going to be a fluffy teen. >> Not hardcore like Simon but notfluffy

I need more stress for Fleur to have his syndrome start developing in this stage so it'll trigger his breakdown at preteen!
What I've got so far is he's going to develop a horrific fear of heights, and the fact that his dragon is going to have wings and have to fly is going to be Stress City, and eventually, he's going to get beat up because he's so amiable and wimpy. Eventually, the stress and psychological trauma is going to force him to develop another personality to deal with it and preserve his sanity - the more aggresive personality would take over to prevent Fleur from getting to distressed during fights and while flying.
But...I need more triggers! domokun Ideas?

Why did D-Corp want to make a little dove girl?
I mean, she would be, after all, rather against violence. Right? xD And that would be rather bad, cause their aim is after all, to train the dragons, and she wouldn't exactly want to teach it to fight.
What I'm thinking is that because D-Corp was afraid that those predators they've made might get themselves into TOO much ...illegal, violent stuff. And they could probably get caught and there dragon would go into mopey mode. And D-Corp wouldn't want that, would they?
So perhaps, the use of Alora is to advise these predators against...what they might be doing and the consequences, blahblah. So they wouldn't get into trouble?
Yah, this thing is rather vague, but it's what going on into my head. xD
Alora might be rather shy now, but she'll get much more outspoken later. And go, "HAY YOU SHOULDN'T HARM OTHERS. >( *frownz*"
...I need to brainstorm of any plot twists that might happen to her in the future. xD

Okay... I didn't read every little word (it's almost 4 am and my brain's kinda dead...) But here's my two cents:
-Simon: Maybe we should do a PD with him and Ala once Ala grows to teen... It could be interesting, especially with what I've got in mind for her... ninja
-Revon: I'll agree with everyone on this. While he's got his games to play, he's still missing his brother... Perhaps something can draw them together again? A fight over something they would both actually agree about (yes, gasp, is that even possible?)
-Cleo: No idea... ^^"
-Talia: Uh... dunno... ^^" Maybe she could go to the point of where she never lets Alan out of her sight because of the whole him almost dying thing...? Become Daddy's little girl until she hits preteen/teen and is suddenly all like "Eff off, Dad!" when she tries to be more independant.
-Fleur: Well, I'd suggest having Lilly teach him, but.... XDDD I think Ala almost ended up with a second personality after her class with Lilly... XD
-Alora: Interesting idea, especially considering how violent Simon, Keanu, and Cody are. They'd want to try an animal that's not traditionally violent to see if they could reach more of what they're wanting. Then again, Alora could just go terribly shy and never try to harm anyone and the techs would probably go shoot themselves because they can't do anything right... XD
Okay, so... now that I've put in my own stuffs... I'm offering up Ala and Nibal for suggestions on improvements or ideas or... whatever. I've got an idea for where Ala's going once she hits teen, but Nibal is kinda alluding me a bit... Oh! And I need ideas for my chicken boy... ^^" Anything would work for him... I really haven't gotten much planned out about him as far as personality.

Yeah, she'd probably not exactly want to learn how to fight.xDDD
Alora: ;O; Fighting hurts people! D-Corp: Dx *bangs head*
On the other hand, I need more ideas for Alora too. : D *braindead*

-peers at Niki's post- I kinda like that layout. -borrows- ;3 Simon: I'd find it interesting if Simon actually found someone to emulate. Maybe there's a bigger gang out there with a leader who's even nastier than Simon had ever thought to be, and he becomes Simon's mentor. It's not exactly a good thing, lol, but I think it would give Simon a chance to ground himself. Does that make any sense, heh? Revon: I don't know much about this lil' guy...but what if he and his brother's dragons (once they hatch and grow, yeh?) conspire to close the void? Maybe they do "The Parent Trap" thing and switch places in order to get Mom and Dad back together again? :3 Talia: That's a pretty tough thing for a kid to go through, and I definitely think she would be more "OMG! Dad, you ok???" about Alan...but at the same time, perhaps she detaches herself from people in general? I guess the best way to describe it is "Why bother caring? Someone could come along and kill them...and I'll just end up heart broken again." Fleur: Daw...the voices will talk to him too, huh? Teh spiff. ;D If you need inspiration, there's a great list of phobias that could come in handy. :3 Alora: Maybe there's a conflict that could only be solved by violence? I think that would be a nice little...trauma biggrin ...if there was an argument and she couldn't figure out a peaceful way for it to be settled. Or maybe she's forced to witness a fight, and is powerless to stop it. Something that goes against a character's nature is always fun. :3

Ooooh! Ohohoh...about Alora: she has to learn to fight! Something happens where she has no choice but to defend herself...and then she just kinda goes bonkers and causes some serious injury, but comes out relatively unharmed herself.
Ohhh...that's a life time of guilt just waiting to happen! twisted

Actualyl I beleive D-corp's Idea would have bene pretty much that. While they're partially offence, they're not exactly fighting a war that some of the kids seem to think now. XD THey have a few enimies, but they also need allies, donations, and other things that Alora and others like her could acomplish. Every army needs a treaty section, afterall. XD
Mostly, they try to teach general to everyone. Self defence is a nessasity in a more dangerous dragon dealing profession. XD
WTL- yes, that does make sense. XD And it's an interesting idea... probably later, but it would probably give him a sense of morals.. to meet someone worse than him. XD Someone actually bad, and snap him back to reality and indeed ground him and give him more of a sense of self.
and well... she was sad about her dad, but she was also young when it happend, and depressed during. but she kept saying "No dad will come back..." because she never accepted the reality of it. And then he did come back. XD And she's like "See? ^__^"

WTL: : D That's a pretty good idea. (And wicked. xD) *will have to plot for that* :3
Alora: Lifetime of guilt? That doesn't sound nice. D:
Maybe she will do something out of self defence? *ponders*
She should meet Simon one day. xD

olol mk :'D I'll go back to simon 'cause I find him amusing XD
Simon, like Ara's said, is like the old-fashioned school-type bully that loves attention, in whatever form he can get it in and needs more and more, even if he gets it (in whatever negative way). He's more unique than alot of other "tough" characters I've seen, because there's reasons and consequences related to his DNA. His personality seems to be conflicted between animalistic and human-like, there are times he has to pent up a lot of emotion because that kind of thing may hurt others. Although lmao, Bree may not be the perfect mother, she acts like a lot of the mothers that have to control such like kids (though probably none of them are half shark > >;; ), where it's just frustration and fights until Bree is so torn down she no longer cares. I don't really think simon seems to recognize that his behaviour may have serious repercussions in the future, or if he does, he doesn't recognize it?
Um, for Roule. I watched his show once on females who are trapped in a boy's body. rofl XD he seems quite a bit like that.. except he's kind of in denial about the whole thing, honestly, 'cause like basically it's like 'uhh well I'm not a girl, mom' but it feels so weird to be so addicted to something that society has deemed to be associated to a certain gender.

As much as that would have been amusing, it can't happen, WTL. Keivlos has a hybrid dragon, Revon does not. XD So Keivlos' dragon is not a pure black.
Also, Flower is... a bit too agressive to want to heeeelp Revon. Sorry, you wouldn't have known that. Flower is Revon's dragon and is rather disgruntled with his name. Besides, Blacks are fairly ill natured dragons in general. I highly doubt that Flower would want much to do with his pushover of a partner.
It was a good suggestion, just background information makes it impossible.

Hey! Another disgruntled dragon about its name. XD *points to Bob, who grumbles* At least brass dragons are gentler than blacks... XD And not able to spit acid.
Okay, now about Nibal. He's hated clothing because his skin is covered in mucus and the boy feels 'stuffy' when he's shoved into such concealing clothing, but he knows that his skin makes people sick. So he's been torn between wanting to make himself feel better and trying to keep other people from getting sick...
So I'm not really sure about his next stage. I mean, he's getting old enough to know that he has to keep his clothes on, but he's also getting old enough to where his classmates wouldn't be trying to touch him as much as when he was little. Peri would still be overprotective, wanting him to be stuffed into long sleeved shirts and pants and gloves, but Nibal could start rebelling about wanting to pick his own clothes out...
Any suggestions?

Nibal could try wetsuits! They'd cover all the essentials and still be flexible enough to sometimes feel like he's not wearing anything. Leotards would work the same way, but they'd soak through eventually with the poison while a wetsuit would contain it. Just a suggestion~ heart
WTL> No, no voices - different personalities. What he's going to end up with and schizophrenia are two entirely different things. xd Ara called it Dissociative Identity Disorder (more commonly called MPD).
I don't want to overdo it on phobias - he'll have acrophobia, I know that. I'd like to bombard him with multiple different kinds of stress that no kid his age should have to worry about to traumatize him. ninja
