Sweet Summer Rain Komisho Ill say this, out of the 3 you start with theres always ganna be one you hate. Thats for sure. --; I hated Wolfgang but now hes my best friend in the town~! Actually sometimes there are 3 people you like. Yeh but its preety rare that you get that. Plus most of the time the one you hate turns out to be theo ne you love most!

Card388 yes and it all depends on how fasts the current ones leave Good! Now I can just try and get a good setup for my town. I dont like it when the map is broken into like 4 parts and houses are ascttered everywhere. I would rather they be close. Then I can mess with the extra space all I want. I MUST get Lobo! eek

Well, this isn't directly choosing your neighbors, but if you hate one of your neighbors and they are moving, talk to them, and say "Bye-Bye" or "Farewell" and then they'll move. ;D
Additionally, if you connect with someone where a character in their game is moving, they might move to your town.

first off my dream town consists of: Tangy, Cheif, Cesar, Lobo, Pudge, Moe, Bob, and Biskit.
and i have the perfect thing for you people who despise that person in your town. Here is a list on how to get people to move:
1) Never talk to them.
2) Never go inside their house
3) Never wave at them
4) Never send them letters
5) Push them around. Like walk into them and keeping walking so you push them around eventually they get angry at you.
6) HIT THE SNOT OUT OF THEM WITH YOUR NETS!
7) when they are moving don't talk to them and pretend like you didn't even walk into their house to check if they were moving.
(this list has been Mallary tested)

Once, the person i hate the most Mallary (for those who don't know she's a purple duck that is evil!) she was moving and i said "Bye-Bye" the next day she was walking around town! So i founded A.H.E.M. (Always Hate Evil Mallary)
